XIII: Abyss

"Prince Henry can you please let them .. erm the guards take me to the town." You gave him your widest grin which is really effective when you want something even the king and the queen can't say no to you.

"Of course." He wrapped his arms around your waist which made you blush but your grin disappears when he added the word, "Not."

What! Why is it not effective?! Did he got creeped out by my wonderful smile?

Ever since you and Henry had a passionate night, both of you became closer to each other. It's been a week that you are trapped inside his castle. Since it was too big, you did explore around and it took you five days to complete your tour. The castle was too big and full of labyrinths. It looks almost the same castle where the the first queen lived which is Sara Winterloone.

"Please! Pretty please h-henry." You gently bit your tongue when you tried called his name casually. Despite of you being close to him, you still can't help but to call him in a formal way because that's how you used to address anyone who is a Prince.

"Not convinced." He boringly looked at your cutest expression but you could see a shade of light red on his cheeks. You smirked in your mind but you keep your current cute expression.

Henry can easily tell what you're planning. He smiles and strokes your hair before he playfully play your strand on his finger, "Fine, you win but in one condition Princess Y/N." He knew it. Her knew that he will see his favorite part which is you grinning happily.

"What is it?" You slapped his hand not wanting him to play with your hair. It took a long time for the maids to fix it.

"Our wedding will be held here and you will stay here for another week." It was not a bad offer since you are developing your feelings towards him but you need to go back to your kingdom to check your sister Hermoine and to ask Peter millions of questions why he left you without saying any word.

"But I'll keep you updated everyday about the Armania." Henry couldn't bear seeing your downcast eyes. Knowing that your face lit up that means that you agreed in his contract. After all, the prince will never break his words.

The noisy town became silent as the royal carriage passed on them. All of them bowed at the sight of Prince Henry and Princess Y/N through the open windows. Your bright smile didn't last long as you stare at these people. Peter's story suddenly pop-up in your mind about Prince Henry being a leader in a war and as the dictator of this country.

"I suppose you do almost forgot my true identity Princess Airi." Henry's voice prevented your mind from recalling his story further inside your head. He could feel your uneasiness which made him regret that he brought you here.

Her attention must be only with me. Why do look with this filthy peasants?

"The Cursed prince, isn't it?" You says then you put your hand on the top of his. "I'll accept you no matter who you are." You smiles at him. No wonder why he refuses to let you go out. He didn't want you to see his dark side, afraid of being rejected and fear but he's wrong. He is still he no matter who he is. Henry was quite shocked but his expression softens.

Same as before. You never change. After knowing the truth, you never fear me. That's why you have the right to be my Queen.

"Thank you for showing me around. You really do have a nice town compared to armania. People are dressed up nicely and there are no beggars." You says trying to lighten up the mood. You stares at the window looking at the peaceful scenery.

"Thank you." He squeezed your hand. "Princess Y/N. I've made up my mind." He says making you look at him with confusion.

"Our wedding will be held in my place and I want it to be tomorrow." He says kissing your hand. "

You blushed deeply when he brought up this topic once again. You always do changes the subject when you where alone with him but because of henry's tricky situation, you got no choice but to respond and talk to this matter.

You do love him but why do you hesistate? Maybe is it because of the responsibilities as a queen or you doubt your feelings towards him?

"There are many greater princes who are better to me. The one who are more kind and good looking yet I still want you to choose me in the end. Please will you give me your love?" He leaned his face into yours. His eyes looks captivating as if it was manipulating your mind.

"I love you.."You said all of the sudden. You were so shocked on why did your mouth move all of a sudden. It's too late to back out in your words because of his satisfied look. He then kisses you passionately sending you a chills and a feeling of arousal in your body.

There's no way I would let you escape.

In Armania

Peter was brought down to the cell. His smile is still plastered to his face as he stares at the two guards who do feel disturbed at his dark aura.

"Fear nothing. I'm locked and unable to harm all of you." He says softly as he rested his back on the wall. His younger brother was surely prepared a dirty plan to kill him. The two guards turn their back then starts to make their rounds to other cells.

"You may come up now." He says then a crow landed on the edge of the window which was place on the highest part of the wall. "The view of the moonlight looks good up there until you came."

The crow flew down then a white smoke surrounds it as it turns itself into a human being.

"You do understand why I am trapped in that form and why are you here. I supposed you also realized that that person is still alive and will soon create a chaos." He look at his hand that keeps on disappearing and reappearing. "The time is near. All because of her."

Peter's smile became wider, "I appreciate your warning Mr. Maleficent but don't blame us." He then stood up. "But there's nothing I could do. Henry will have the throne and Y/N."

"I warned you." The crow went back to its form then flew away to the window. A loud sound of the thunder came afterwards. Peter's empty eyes look at the fading moonlight muttering the words that she will never hear.

"I love you Y/N but I'm sorry. I couldn't see you anymore."
