I was woken up by a panicked Jin. My eyes widened as he kept repeating my name to wake up. Quickly, I got up to his command. Yoongi rushed into the room and almost slammed the door behind him. He and Jin gave each other a look and then grabbed their knives. What exactly was going on? I thought to myself.

"Minji," Jin bit his lip, "Protect Alice."

That's when I realized something bad was going on. Yet what was it? Grabbing my knife from under the bed, I went to their room. Alice was sitting on the floor by the bed and weeping. Taehyung was trying to calm her, but it didn't seem to work. Once he saw me, he grabbed his knife and rushed past me like I was some sort of savior in this situation.

Alice wouldn't look at me nor speak any words. How was I supposed to know what she was crying about if she wasn't going to elaborate? I grabbed her hand and blew on it. As weird as it would seem, my mother used to do this to calm me down. Most times I would giggle because it was a funny sight. Alice gave me a puzzled look and jerked her hand away.

"What are you doing?" she asked.

"You stopped crying," I smirked, "Didn't you?"

She rolled her eyes and nodded. I chuckled.

"Why were you crying?" I asked.

"Because I might be further along than I thought," she said.

"You mean it possibly isn't Tae's?" my eyes widened.

She shrugged, "Well."

"That's not good," I shook my head.

"You're telling me," she sighed.

Alice stood up and so did I. Our eyes shifted over to Taehyung. He was standing in the doorway. It's as if someone shattered his heart. I bit my lip and looked between them. Alice had a shocked look on her face as if he wasn't supposed to knowㅡwhich he wasn't. Without a word, and before anyone could even speak, Taehyung nodded and closed the door.

Alice was about to go after him, but I grabbed her atm tightly. Even though this could start a fight between them, I couldn't help, but withdraw them. Alice gave me a stern look as if the decision she was about to make would be okay. Trying to pull her back, she loosened from my grip, causing me to almost fall, and ran out of the room.

I took a deep breath and then went after her. Alice quickly turned to look at me and tripped over a lamp in the hall. She fell into the wall and hit her head. My eyes widened as what I saw next. A spectral basically had thrown itself onto her to attack. Alice screamed and tried to fight back. I began to run as quickly as I could, but she made a huge mistake.

Alice forced her arm into it's mouth and let it bite a chunk out of her. My first instinct was to scream, but I didn't. Alice was screaming in pain. Finally getting to the seams, I stabbed the spectral in the head as hard as I could. Just then another was running up the stairs. My adrenaline was kicked in so it wasn't a use of how hard it would attack. I would end it.

I took my knife out of the other spectrals head and put my arm in front of me near it's throat just to stab it in the head. The spectral lost all undead in them and collapsed onto the stairs and slide down them. Checking to see if there would be another, I held my knife ready. Looking over at Alice, her face was blood red and her arm was squirting out blood. Right onto my clothes.

Taking my knife, I ripped some of my shirt and wrapped it around her arm. She bit her tounge and gasped for air. Alice then backed into the hall corner and was groaning in pain. I gave her a sign to stay there. My stomach was aching once again. The smell of rotting bodies and copper filled the air. It was sickening. Soon enough, Yoongi came up the stairs.

Yoongi's gun fell out of his pocket along with two bullets. Alice quickly grabbed them while crying and reloaded the gun. She then held out to Yoongi to take it, but before Yoongi could grab it, she pointed it to her head. Yoongi and I both reached for the gun, but it was too late. She pulled the trigger and ended her life there.

Yoongi shook his head and a tear began to roll down his face. I felt like I couldn't breathe. He grabbed the gun and then my hand. Running down the stairs, he basically dragged me from the scene. We were running as fast as we could from the spectrals who wanted to feed on our flesh. I only saw spectrals and no sign of Jin nor Taehyung. We had run out the back way so the spectrals would be confused.

Soon enough I saw the car. Yoongi motioned me to run to it and not look back. I wanted to protest, but there wasn't time. My feet were carrying me as quick as they could take me. I almost slammed into the car when I reached to open the door. I got in the back seat. Taehyung was in the back seat and Jin was in the drivers side. They both looked at me as if to check if I were okay. Which I was.

"Where's Yoongi and Alice?" Taehyung asked.

There was a bit worry and sadness in his voice. Honestly, I didn't want to tell him that Alice wouldn't be seen anymore, so I kept quiet. I looked out the window to see Yoongi running swiftly. A spectral was quite far from him, but seemed to pick up it's pace. Quickly, Yoongi jumped into the car and slammed the door shut. My heart was racing as the spectral slammed into the car.

"Go!" Yoongi and I both yelled.

"Isn't Alice coming?" Jin looked at us both.

"Alice is gone," Yoongi said, "Just drive!"

Taehyung let out a little gasp and then looked down. He was crying. I couldn't help, but feel sorry for him. Jin stepped on the gas and the car jerked us all back. About a minute of him driving, I looked back to see the spectrals begin to disappear. It was somehow satisfying to see them all vanish from our sights.

The car was beginning to get very low on gas. This caused us all to be worried. Hopefully the gas pumps at gas stations would work or something. I looked over at Taehyung who had fallen asleep. He was taking a lot of things hard lately. I took off my jacket and put it over him. The weather had chilled down since earlier and it had began to rain.

Jin sighed as he looked in the mirror at Taehyung and then I. He seemed to be upset or just annoyed. Yoongi rolled the window down and stuck his hand out. Only for the rain to come in on me. I scooted over near Taehyung so the rain wouldn't get on me. It was water, but it would be a long time to dry. Suddenly I felt someone hug my arm. It was Taehyung.

I let him because he needed someone, even in his sleep. Yoongi looked back and rolled up the window quickly. It was sort of too late by now. The seat was fairly damp. I closed my eyes to rest them. After all, we were all woken up earlier than normal due to the spectrals breaking in. I didn't understand how I didn't hear them, but I guess it wasn't meant. The image of Alice's death replayed in my head.

There was nothing worse than a broken record. Especially witnessing not only one persons death, but two. Taking a deep breath, I opened my eyes to see that Jin was heading towards a gas station ahead. Some hope had risen in me and that was something to hold onto. Jin turned on the turn signal and made a swish noise with his mouth. Yoongi looked at him. Unamused, Yoongi gripped his hand on the door.

"Do you guys think it's safe?" I asked.

"Well," Jin thought for a moment, "As long as you're safe. That's all that matters."

"Aw," Yoongi said sarcastically, "You're so kind. Love you honey~!"

Jin chuckled, "Lets go."

Yoongi looked back at me, "Don't wait up."

I shook my head and chuckled, "I'll keep that in mind."
