"And where exactly are you about to go?" Morgan asked resting on my door pane.

I giggled and continued checking myself out in the mirror, "Out."

"Uh Uh," She said walking in further and cutting her eyes at me, "don't get jazzy with me. Why you being so secretive?"

"I'm not being secretive. I'm telling you the truth. I'm going out for a minute." I replied playfully sticking my tongue out at her as I combed my hair.

"Let me find out you and Odell are really hitting it off." She said smirking.

I rolled my eyes, "He's Cool."

Truth was, I hadn't talked to Odell in a few days. Not because he hadn't been calling cause he had most definitely been blowing me up, but because I wasn't interested in him like that.

Don't get me wrong; he was a very nice guy and was nice on the eyes, but I was interested in someone else, the person I was actually going out with tonight.

Because of the odd connection that he and I shared, I didn't feel comfortable letting anybody know about us hanging out tonight, not even my sister.

Plus, he still had a girlfriend to my knowledge and I ain't want to be looked at as some side piece because that's definitely not what I was about, but I couldn't help it. The man was thoroughly intriguing and every time I thought about him, my mind was wrapped up in sensual, deep, thoughts about what he and I could be.

I knew it sounded strange, but it was the absolute truth and from what he told me, he felt the same way.

"Well, Be careful. I knew he's the first guy you've really spent this much time with and with him being a professional athlete, I would hate for you to be let down. Promise me that you won't put all your eggs in his basket and that you'll just have fun with him, nothing too serious." She said sitting on my bed.

'Girl, ain't nobody thinking about Odell' I thought to myself.

Instead, I walked over to her and kissed her cheek, "I got you."

She caressed my cheek and winked at me as she rose from her sitting position, "Cool."

"What are you and Price doing tonight?" I asked before she could leave the room.

She shrugged, "I don't know. He hasn't mentioned anything. As far as I know, we'll just be here chilling."

"Oh." I replied.

She smirked again, "Have fun and be safe."

"Will do." I said before she disappeared out of the room.

My purse started to vibrate on top of my dresser as soon as she walked out.

I grabbed the phone out of it and quickly answered, "Hi."
