Where We're From

[Y/n] lands on a lone island with a tall tower on it. As he steps inside, deactivating his armor, he smiles to himself as he looks up.

[Y/n]: Been a while since I've been here.

He begins climbing the stairs, and it doesn't take nearly as long as he remembers it taking the first time. But on the other side of the door at the top awaited Yen Sid.

[Y/n]: Master Yen Sid.

Yen Sid: (turning around) Hello, [Y/n]. It's been a while.

[Y/n]: It certainly has.

Yen Sid: From what Eraqus has told me, you are now a Keyblade Master.

[Y/n]: I have been for about a year.

Yen Sid: And you've unlocked the Dragon's Soul.

[Y/n]: I have. Did you know about that?

Yen Sid: I have a knack for things dealing with the magical world. I could see it the moment I laid my eyes on you. You were destined to be a warrior.

[Y/n]: Thank you, Master. But the Dragon's Soul is actually part of the reason I'm here, and I'm glad you know at least some things about it. You see, I visited a world to clear out the Unversed, but Ignis, that's what I call my spirit dragon guy, and I found what he called a Soul Seal. He said it would let my Dragon's Soul grow even stronger. Can you tell me more about them?

Yen Sid: I was wondering when you would start finding those. And yes, I can certainly tell you more about them. After all, I'm the one who sealed your soul.

[Y/n]: You are? Why?

Yen Sid: If I hadn't, the power of the Dragon's Soul would have overwhelmed you greatly the first time you would try to use it. That's why I did this. Now that you have unlocked it, you must break each seal and slowly regain your power.

[Y/n]: Thank you, Master.

Yen Sid: Before you go, I have one more thing to ask. Do you remember the day I brought you to the Land of Departure?

[Y/n]: Of course. It was arguably the best day of my life.

FLASHBACK

[Y/n] and Yen Sid walked into the doors of the main building in the Land of Departure. On the other side awaited an empty room.

Yen Sid: Eraqus! I must speak with you immediately.

Soon after that, a man in white and three younger people come down the stairs.

Eraqus: Is this the boy you were telling me about?

Yen Sid: Indeed. But there is something about him I must tell you... (looking at the four young Keyblade wielders) In private.

The two Masters walk off together, leaving [Y/n] with the three younger Keyblade wielders.

???: (getting really close to [Y/n]) Hiya! My name's Ventus! But you can just call me Ven!

???: (shoving him out of the way) And I'm Terra.

Ventus: Hey, Terra!

Terra: What?

???: Settle down, you two, We don't want to scare him or something. (turning towards [Y/n]) My name is Aqua. It's a pleasure to meet you, uh..?
