I put the rug and table back in place, then I crept outside the hut. I walked around the edges of the town. I noticed that the guards were following a certain path, a pattern. This helped me get further into the town towards the main hall. The darkness felt heavier as I went deeper towards the main hall.

The guild must have cast a powerful dark spell over the town.

Once I reached the hall, I stood outside the entrance. I crept inside and walked down the hallway. The decorations seemed to have been changed, it didn't fit. It made me angry. I gritted my teeth.

Suddenly the lights switched and a voice boomed.

"Ahh, a Fairy Tail wizard is it? I can see your marking from here," as the voice continued to talk I scanned the room, "So? Did one of the peasants put in a request?"

"They aren't peasants!" I shouted, cutting him off, "They are people, people of this town! That I am going to take back for them!"

"I see, is that so?"

"Where are you?! Come out and fight me you coward!"

"Hahahahahaha, I don't fight women-"

"Why because you think we can show you up?"

"Hmm..but for you I will make an exception!" I turned around and he was coming down from a pillar. I dodged his attack and when he hit the ground it broke into brittles.

He came at me again and I dodged him. He pointed at me and small yellow spears came at me. I touched the ground with both hands and it began to tremble, but I stopped. I couldn't destroy the main hall. I needed to be outside.

I ran towards the entrance again and flew out the doors as he made another attack. I hit the ground hard but kept running until I was in a clear field, it seemed like a crop field.

I turned around and smirked, this guy had the whole guild behind him. I began laughing. All at once they fired their magic at me, it fired towards me and I touched the ground and a shield of the Earth shot up.

My magic allows me to control the earth and use it as its element.

Although the shield was strong it did crack and break. I threw boulders to take out several members at a time.

"Y/N look out!" I was suddenly pushed and I hit the ground. I turned around to see Gray get his by one of the guilds attacks. It was like slow motion. I saw him hit the ground, I held my breath, and he didn't move.

"Gray!" He didn't move. My throat burned. My chest tightened. My blood boiled to a temperature I'd never experienced.

I had a flashback.

It was when I was training with my teacher. We were working on combat and i was on the ground.

"You feel that? Your blood boiling? Your anger rising. Use it! Use it!"

I came back and looked over at Gray. He had to be alive. He had to be. I couldn't live with myself if I let him die.

"Leave this to me, Gray," I whispered.

I turned to the guild and the guild master. I screamed and put my hands to the ground. I grabbed it and brought it up as if it were a rope and it took out some members. But there was still too many. So I put my hands to the ground again. It trembled and to ground balls rose and trapped every guild member, except the master.

"I won't be that easy to catch," he said while shooting a huge magic spear at me. It then flickered and became real. I was taken back. But used this to my advantage. I'd noticed before that when he uses his magic he doesn't use it for a while after.

I put two and two together. He was using his magic energy too quickly. He was using it to cast something dark over the town and continuously used his energy.

I grabbed the spear and jumped, spinning as I threw it at him.

The spear only caught his shoulder. He fell down and hit the ground.

I brought my hands together and formed a barrier around him. Covering us both.

"I will finish you," i gritted through my teeth. I ran towards him with my hands together. I jumped and front flipped slamming my hands into the grounds. Hands came from the ground and pinned him to the wall. I ran up and kicked his face.

"Release the darkness! Release whatever spell you've put on it!" I yelled in his face. He began laughing. I clapped my hands and touched the arms, he cried out in pain as they tightened.

But then continued to laugh, "You really think I'd go down that easily."

Within an instant he blew up the arms and the barrier.

"This is gonna be sweet for me honey," he said licking his lips and laughing.
