Chapter 15: February.

The month of heartbreak and love. More love than heartbreak for Emma Jones and Jose Fuller. 

They started their club, holding meetings once a week. In usual attendance, Emma's brothers, Cody and Isaac, her best friend, Roxy, and Roxy's boyfriend, Nathan, Roxy's sister, Maddie, and Jose's best friend, David.

The meeting was in Emma's backyard. They named the club, Future Change of the Past, or FCotP. It was a decent title that wasn't too secretive or suspicious. FCotP was also a name that allowed Emma and Jose to plaster flyers around school safely. The posters had Emma's contact information so she could make sure the person was trustworthy enough to be let into FCotP. 

Over time, FCotP accumulated over 15 members by Valentine's Day. They would hold a special meeting the day before. Last week, Emma asked the school to host something for FCotP. The school agreed with her simple request. Little did they know, she had gotten her club to spread the word and get a walkout.

To make a political statement, at 9:35, before 3rd period, they planned a walkout to say they wanted the law changed.

More than 3/4 of the high school walked out. No one really understood how so many people got this News. But it got around later that some of the middle schoolers walked out too, including Emma and Roxy's little siblings, about half of the middle school. The government caught eye of this walkout and planned a trip to Sweetener.

A week later, the school wasn't 100% aware that it was Emma and Jose who hosted the walkout. Either way, Agent Orangei and Agent Smithnet showed up to the high school a week later.

Between then, FCotP created a website, with assistance from Nathan. The website was a place for other people from Sweetener, RealN, the rest of the nation, world and galaxy to support the cause that goes against the laws keeping true love apart. This website was called "This Isn't How We Wanted It." 

The website was a hit, people outside the nation were furious about these condition. Real change would come. A better change. But the FCotP didn't know how yet. FCotP knew they took the right path and knew the destination. What the didn't know was the directions to said destination. A mission the would make and take as a club. Emma and Jose led FCotP. They were the fearless leaders.
