Lucinda

I saw orange hair as we ran through the crowd. I knew it was Lucinda. Her long hair waved from side to side as we ran. We stopped running as soon as we got out of the crowd. We walked hand in hand as we walked down the beach.

   " Are you having fun, Lucinda? "

   " I am. This is probably one of my best vacations. "

   " I'm glad. What's your favorite part? "

   " Being with you. "

My face instantly turned red. I heard her giggle and we continued walking. 

   " Where are we going? "

   " There's a little place down the way we can have some fun. It's a little dance. "

   " Oh. It sounds fun. "

   " Yeah! I was talking about it earlier with a guy. He said instead of checking out the fireworks there was going to be a party. "

   " Ooo who is the guy? "

   " No one special I got my eye on someone else. "

   " Can I know who? "

   " Not yet. "

As we walked I saw a tiki bar with cokes and sprites instead of alcohol with a dance floor in front of it that was lighting up. There were a lot of people on the floor and sitting on the stools and tables that were around. I saw Lucinda smile more as we got closer. When we reached the dance floor a guy ran up to Lucinda.

   " Looks like you made it! "

   " I certainly did and I brought a friend with me. "

   ' I wish we were more than friends? '

   " I can see that. Here come dance with me. We can get to know each other more. "

   " No thanks. I'm not into guys that much. "

   " I meant as friends. "

   " Well, I still can't. I'm going to stick with my friend here. "

We walked away and went to sit on some of the bar stools at the tiki bar.

   " Two f/d drinks, please. "

   " Got it. "

   " Why didn't you go to dance? "

   " Cause that guy is only interested in girls to get in their pants. "

   " Oh, I see. I'm glad you didn't go then. "

   " Me too. "

   " Here are your drinks ladies. "

   " Thanks. "

   " Thank you. "

I picked up my cup and started drinking from it. Lucinda did the same. We talked about random things here and there. It was fun and I'll say that the caffine was getting to my system a little bit ( Instead of alcohol we have coke or sprite, or something like that, but it will kind of have the same effect because of the caffeine and you can actually think about your decisions. ). Lucinda was all smiles and laughs. Then she set her cup down and stood up. She grabbed my hand and smiled at me.

   " Let's dance Y/n. "

   " I don't know Lucinda. "

   " Come on please. "

   " Okay. "

I set my drink down and held on to her hand as she pulled me into the crowd. Our hands stayed connected. We got to what looked like the middle of the dance floor and we started dancing to the music that was playing. Lucinda and I danced together and we danced through all the songs that played. During one dance they turned on some flashing lights that shone everywhere. I felt someone grab my waist and I saw that it was Lucinda. She held my waist as we danced and my arms were resting on her shoulders. Then I got an idea.

   ' Let's give it a shot. She'll pull away, but I might as well try. '

I crashed my lips on to hers and held the back of her neck with both of my hands. I felt her kiss back immediatly. we stopped dancing and stood on the floor kissing. I ran my hands through her orange hair and her hands ran up and down my sides. My other hand was on her back and I was pushing her closer to me. She licked my bottom lip asking for an entrance and I granted it to her. Her tongue slipped into my mouth and she explored it. It turned from a single kiss into a hot make-out session. I turned my head deepening the kiss and I pulled away and rested my head on hers.

   " I already know what you're going to ask. " She whispered into my ear.

   " And what would your answer be? "

   " Yes, I'll be your girlfriend. "

She crashed her lips back into mine and pulled on the top of my bikini. Her hand went lower than my waist and went to my hips. Then she pulled away.

   " You realize we are still in our bathing suits right? " Lucinda said.

   " I realize. That and the fact we are in public and the caffeine is still running in my system. "

   " So why don't we take this somewhere else? "

   " Sounds perfect. "

We pulled away from each other and she held my hand. She started chanting a spell and I noticed white particles fly around us. Then they enveloped us. The white particles filled my vision and then they disappeared. We were in darkness before Lucinda lit a small flame on her hand.

   " Where are we? "

   " We are back at my house. "

   " You mean back near the high school? "

   " Yup. "

   " Won't everyone else worry about us? "

   " I think they'll be fine without us. Kawaii~Chan knew my intentions for tonight anyway. So she will let them know. "

   " What about your mom? "

   " She is out of town at the moment. "

   " Sounds like you planned this out. "

   " Cause I did. "

I felt her push me on to the bed and she was on top of me.

   " I love you Lucinda. "

   " I love you to Y/n. So, so much. "

Then her lips were on mine and both of our bikini straps were being untied.
