"Lou" Harry snapped his fingers in front of my face. "You dazed out again. What do you want for breakfast?"

"Oh, um. Whatever you're having" I mumbled. My mind was in other places. I didn't sleep last night. Well I did, a total of two hours and when I woke up I couldn't sleep again. That was three hours ago.

"Okay then" Harry replied and went to get his usual breakfast of fruit salad. "Lou, I want to talk about this ring" Harry said nervously, and that made me nervous.

"Yeah... What about it? Too big? Too small? Not good?" Harry smiled sweetly and sat in front of me.

"It's perfect in every way. But, I'm not going out anywhere to show this off, I want you to wear it. Show off you're engaged"

"Harry I can't do that, it's your ring" I said seriously. The offer was amazing, it really was, but there's no way I'm taking the ring.

"You can and you will, please?" he begged. I said nothing. "Fine" he grumbled and picked himself up.

"I love you" I cooed to him. He replied with an I love you back and my heart fluttered.

"I need to do this" Harry came back empty handed. "We've done this already, but I need to do this" Harry got to one knee, and pulled the ring gently from his finger.

"Harry get up"

"Louis, I've loved you my whole life, even before I told you on your bed when we were younger, I loved you, and I still do. Five years without you killed me and now I believe with you by my side everything could have been better" Harry spoke. "Louis Tomlinson, I can't live without you, marry me?" I laughed and wiped away the happy tears. It was funny, we were already engaged, but it still melted my heart to hear Harry say those things to me.

"Of course you idiot" he smiled and leaned up to kiss me. I met him halfway, though the kiss didn't last long, it didn't matter. He slipped the ring on my finger and I smiled at him loving. "You're such a weirdo" I told him when he left my side to get our breakfast.

"Yes, but I'm your weirdo" I laughed and turned my body back so I could rest my arms on the table.

Harry came back and handed me my bowl of fruit salad. It was bland, but it was still good. We made small chat about deciding on where we would like to move too. There's not much to choose from around here, and I didn't want to move out of town. It would be great but I'm so cosy here and it's peaceful. I want out kids to grow up where we did.

After breakfast I quickly changed into my jeans and a jumper, well Harry's jumper, and kissed him good bye and headed off. I really hoped he found something to do while I was out, I had no idea when Liam and Niall would return.

I sat behind my desk during lunch today. I didn't feel like sitting in the staff room to be harassed by all the teachers, I already had three teachers congradulate me. They hadn't even seen the ring, so I assumed Jade told them. I also didn't want to watch the students in the caffiteria, so I swaped my free with one of them.

I leaned back in my chair, I had been reading so many assignments for the P.E class, the year 8's were hopeless at the research. I feel like they learnt nothing in year seven, which makes it so much harder for me.

Thankfully, a knock on the door disrupted my concentration on the bad pieces of writing. Well they're not bad, just... Could be done much better.

"Come in" I called. The door opened and one of the senior boys entered the room.

I recognised the boy, he was in Jade's English class. He was apparently the top student, and was very quiet and shy.

"Um, hi Mr Tomlinson" he said quietly and looked down at the ground. "Can I, uh, talk to you?" I looked at the awkward boy. He wore a loose shirt and baggy jeans with a beanie with his bag hung over one shoulder. It reminded me of myself at his age, which wasn't really that long ago.
