Right?

Why would someone want to kill a school worth of children? It wasn't a Majinx or a human only school so that couldn't be it. Maybe because it was ProMajinx? Did they want to start a war? But why? I gripped my head as walked to my room. Eager to regain my hearing and whatever else was wrong. My door was slammed open and I saw a few things fall from my walls. Tiga yelped as she sat up from my bed. Her ear was alert and her tail was all puffed up. She yelled at me but I rolled my eyes as I climbed up my 'bookshelf' and grabbed a box from the top before hopping down. Tiga raised an eyebrow at me as I dug through the box. It was full of energy crystals. Each one had a bit of my magic and energy. Though in varying amounts. They were kinda like batteries. I grabbed the largest one and touched it to my hair crystals. They glowed slightly before I placed the, now empty, crystal on my desk. Tiga was sitting absolutely confused. "What in the name if the sun are those?!" I released a breath that I didn't know I was holding in. Gleefully noting that my hearing was almost back, albeit a bit muffled like she was being spoken to threw glass but she could hear never the less. I would have to wait until my magic refilled normally to be able to hear properly0. "They aren't anything you need to worry about. Just a precaution my mother taught me." I looked down at the crystals. "Never thought they would be useful. Though it is a quick fix." Tiga blinked a bit before squealing and tackling me to the floor. "You can hear me!" She purred while she hugged the life out of me. "Tiga, let my daughter breathe please." She looked up at the foreboding figure of my father. Her eyes widened and she darted off into the depths of my closet. "Hi, dad." My father's white pupilless eyes seemed to glow a bit as he held out his hand to me. I took it and stood up. "It's fine, little Diamond." my eye twitched as I glared up at him. "Daaaad! You know I hate that nickname!" I playfully punched his arm. "I ant my mother!" He grinned a bit as he ruffled my hair. "Speaking of her." My father blushed as I wiggled my eyebrows at him. "Ya. We were going to tell you but it's only been a few weeks. We didn't want to rush into like we did with our marriage." I nodded, somewhat understanding. Well, as much a teen with no dating knowledge can.

"I'm proud of you, CC." I looked up at him questionably. "You didn't boast about being able to keep your school from falling to into a hole!" He gave me the widest grin that I have ever seen. Though, something in the back of my mind nagged at me. "Say, dad?" He hummed at me, still smiling. "Are you and mom getting married again?" His smile wavered before falling into a frown. "Well, Crystal. I can't say it's in the plans. We got married too early." I frowned a bit as I watched a wistful look swirl in my father's pure white eyes. A small smile grew as he ruffled my hair. "We may not get married to each other again but we still love you and your brother. Never forget that ok?" My father turned to leave before something dawned on him. "Also, I work to control it." He smiled and left, closing the door behind him. In all honesty, he wasn't a bad father. It was just his magic that was... Unstable. The door to my closet slowly opened and a small kitten crept out. Its ears were lowered and their eyes darted around my room. "He is gone Tiga." I rolled my eyes as the kitten grew a bit before turning into my friend. "Sorry, your father scares me." She sheepishly rubbed the back of her neck while accidentally showing off her sharp canines. "It's ok. I understand." Tiga grinned before her eyes dilated. "Fish!" She bolted past me, rammed through my door, and disappeared downstairs. "Ugh. I'm going to bed." I flopped on my bed and burrito in my blanket. Disturbing thoughts began swirling in my head until I fell asleep.

I stood silently in a bright purple room. It didn't have a lot of detail except for a bar counter and two stools. One of the stools was occupied by a familiar figure. "Aunt Jackie?" The person turned around and there was my energetic aunt. Her deep green eyes seemed to glow with an ominous light while her hair was tied into a bun. "Hi, Crissy. Take a seat, please." My aunt gestured to the stool next to her with a bourbon glass in the shape of a skull. I sat down and looked over at her. "You seem...Calm." She shrugged a bit as her glass filled itself back up. "Yes, that I am. However, I am not your aunt. Just a fragment of your mind. You shouldn't expect people to act the same in your dreams as they do in real life." I hummed softly as I rested my head on the counter. Jackie downed the whole glass before slamming down an amber colored skull. MY eyes widened as I stared at the skull. "Uh? Aunt?" My Aunt didn't say anything before she stood up and began walking away. The walls flew away from her and showed an endless colorful space. I quickly got up as well and ran after her. "Wait up!"

I walked in step with Jackie as I stared at a large storm looming out in the distance. "What is that?" She turned her head to see what I was asking about and shrugged. "Don't worry about it. It's far away. Shouldn't bother us any time soon." I frowned and glared at the storm. The scene began crumbling as it was replaced by a barren landscape. It looked like the earth was burnt by flames. "What happened here?" I walked over to a pile of dead brush. As soon as I touched it, it turned to dust under my fingertips. Jackie didn't say anything as she walked away.

We walked for a bit more, every step we took made the scenery crazier and crazier. From the colors wigging out to literal objects speaking. "Jackie? Where are we going?" She didn't acknowledge me as we continued to walk. "Jackie?" I reached out to her but a sudden pain in my gut kicked me.

"ACK!" I choked a bit before looking to see Tiga fast asleep on my stomach. "TIGER SALUM KILLIAN-KENDRICK GET OFF ME!!" Tiga instantly woke up to my shouting and reacted, most likely without thinking. I managed to grab her hand before her extendable nails as she went to scratch my eyes out from pure reflex. "Chill." There was a shout downstairs and we looked at each other before booking it out of my room.
