it was the next day after the shooting. It was announced on the news that Jerimiah Valaska was indeed dead. Bruce didn't have to worry anymore about him hurting him or his friends ever again. It was a weight lifted off of his shoulders. Selina was allowed to stay the night and Alfred went back to the manor to sort some things that needed to be attended to. there had been many reporters that wanted to get a statement from Bruce because after all, she was BRUCE WAYNE that was the only one shot in the shooting and all the other students where spared. Many people would have expected it. Bruce Wayne the richest boy in Gotham and not only that but the world was shot. It would be pretty obvious if my presidents were shot and they had higher statuses in the world before their assassination. But they were dead and Bruce was alive.

Bruce and Selina sat in the hospital room. They were playing with each other's fingers and snuggling. it had been a long day as they were had to sit in the hospital room all day and couldn't go out to pizza or roofhoppng as they would usually do. But as long as they had each other they didn't care. "Do you feel better today?" Selina asks. "Selina for the eighth time today I feel fine but a bit sore," he says. "Sorry it's just I don't want to see you in that pain ever again," she says as she snuggles closer to him. "Hey I'm fine and you will never have to go through that ever again ok," he says. "But I didn't have to go through the pain. I wasn't the one who almost died" she says. "Hey neither of us are ever going to have to go through anything like that again. I promise" he says as he kisses her head.

Bruce and Selinas heads turn when they hear a knock at the door. The door opens and they see Doctor Thompkins. "Bruce you have some visitors," she says. Bruce nods his head. "Lee turns her head and Vanessa, Jacob, Amber, and Liam come in. "Bruce are you ok," Vanessa asks as she runs up and gives him a gentle hug. Bruce nods his head. "I'm fine your worse then Selina with asking if I'm ok," he says. Everyone chuckles. "How bad was it," Liam asks. "The bullet went through my stomach and they had to repair it but they said I should be fully back to normal by the first few weeks into school," he says. "So I'm assuming that our trip to go up to my cabin are canceled," Liam asks. "I'm sorry Liam but I think so," Bruce says. "Its fine bruce i just want you to be ok" Liam says. Bruce smiles at him. "Whats this trip im hearing about" Lee says as she comes in. She walks over and cheaks bruce over. "We where meant to be going up to liams cabin for the last week of the holidays but as bruce is injured we dont really want to risk it"Amber says.

"Well when would this trip be" Lee asks again. "Like 7 weeks away" Jacob says. "He should be fine by then he only needs to be on bed rest for the next 6 weeks and then he should be fine. But all i want is for him to not do to much activites like hiking or sports" she says. "So he is clear to go on the trip" Selina asks. Lee nods. "He should be all cleared" she says. Selina smiles. "Yes then" Liam says. Everyone laughs at him.
