2. whatever, i'm staying for awhile.

"Your mom would kill you if she found out you were riding that motorcycle without a helmet."

The Canadian boy heard walking into his temporary home. "Jokes on you because my mom would kill me if she found out I was even riding a motorcycle." Shawn joked while his cousin just shook his head at him.

"Where were you anyways? Shouldn't you be on a plane to Canada by now?" Luke asked his younger cousin. "Where's the fun in that?"

"The other day, you were complaining about how you hated it here in Miami."

Shawn shrugged his shoulders "I think I might stay for a little while longer." He replied "your parents are gonna kill you, then me for letting you stay" Luke told him.

"Why are you even staying here, you hate it here, always complaining about how it's too hot."

"It doesn't matter, everyone says Miami is better in the summer." Shawn replied "I have never heard anyone say that, but okay." Lucas answered "whatever, I'm staying for awhile."

"And is there any actual reason to staying?"

"Dude, why do you keep asking me questions?" Shawn replied trying to hide the small smile on his face. "What's with the smile on your face?" Luke asked laughing at the Canadian.

"It's a girl, isn't it?" He asked "don't lie, man, I know you!"

"Shut up" Shawn said not looking at his cousin "so it is."

"So do you plan on leading her on then leaving back home? Shawn, if she's a poor innocent girl leave her alone."

"We'll see about that."

"If I drop this, I'm done for" Camila mumble to herself. She was somehow holding three cups of sodas in her hands without a tray. Her eyes glued to to the floor making sure she didn't drop them.

I got this, she thought to herself smiling. Until she ran into someone also spilling the drinks "shit, I'm so sorry" they said. "I'm sorry, I wasn't watching where I was going!"

The Cuban said looking up to the handsome boy from a few days ago. He had been coming in everyday since that day. She wondered if he really liked the food or was it for another reason.

"I'm so sorry" she began to apologize again "no, it's my fault" Shawn replied. His hands placed on her elbows, as they kept going back and forth on who's fault is it.

They both heard a slight cough coming from behind them. "Señorita!" The person at the table called knowing it was their drinks taking so long to get there. "Perdón!" She called out "I have to bring these over there.." she told the Canadian.

"Right, sorry again, Señorita" He said before walking away. Camila stood in her tracks, out of all the times she had been called that in this cafe. This is the first She liked it coming out of his mouth.

She giggled to herself at the way her pronounced it. She would love to teach him how to say it correctly.

A smile on her face as she walked over to the table placing the drinks down. But it left her face once she saw the familiar group of boys sitting at a booth. "You know Shawn?" Tony asked the girl "who's Shawn?" She asked confused.

"The boy you just drooled over for a few minutes, him?" He told her "I didn't drool over him!" She fought back, why did everyone keep saying that? "Just saying, Camila, he's no good for you" Tony replied.

"Do not tell me who's and who's not good for me. I make my own decisions" the tiny brunette said rolling her eyes.
"How do you even know him, I have never seen around here before?" She asked

"You know Luke?" Tony asked as she nodded her head "their cousins, we go way back" he added.

"If you wanna know more about him, come to my party, he'll be there."

Camila walked away from the table running over to Emmy. "What are you doing?" Her friend asked as she pulled her to the back room.

"We are going to a party Friday night, okay? Bring as many friends as you want I don't care, you just have to come. No questions. Got it?"
