"Ladies and gentlemen of Hogwarts, I present to you: the Triwizard Tournament!"

The students in the dining hall gasped in admiration as Professor Hongki conjured up a colorful hologram. Within it, clips of past tournaments played consecutively. Fanfare music blasted from an unknown source — likely Professor Hyunah's wand — as the students cheered and applauded excitedly.

Yeri glanced over to the Heads of Ravenclaw, her shoulders slumping as she spotted the irritated scowl on Seokjin's face. She could see Wendy's smile faltering slightly, knowing that her fellow Head Boy was disappointed in her previous choice to hold the Triwizard Tournament back at their meeting in the Headmaster's office.

Regardless of the mixed feelings, Yeri was more than grateful that Wendy had taken her feelings into account when making the decision. She knew from unintentional gossip that Wendy had been the last one to make a choice for the tournament, creating an ultimatum for Ravenclaw's Head Girl. Though the Triwizard Tournament posed its fair share of risks, it was also a more-than-beneficial way to get everyone's minds off of the previous strange and awful happenings. Plus, with additional security installed into Hogwarts, the students were practically ensured safety, right?

"In just one month, we will join the students from Beauxbatons and Durmstrang in commencing this exclusive event!" Professor Hongki announced to the students and professors. "And I'm proud to say that this year's host of the Triwizard Tournament will be... drumroll please..."

Yeri smiled nervously in anticipation, biting her tongue as she waited for Professor Hongki's answer.

"... the Beauxbatons Academy of Magic!"

Loud cheers erupted from all over the hall. Yeri herself joined in, along with the majority of the table (minus Seokjin, obviously, who was still sulking).

Beaubaxtons was famous for being an all-girls school, with the wonderful addition being that the school itself was unbelievably gorgeous and exceptionally elegant. According to the talk around Hogwarts, Madam Yoona did a spectacular job of keeping the school put together, valuing and equalizing each and every student to the best of her ability.

Speaking of Madam Yoona...

"I understand that there have been recent tragedies, especially regarding Madam Yoona and a student for hers," Professor Hongki's voice and expression were both equally solemn, "but Madam Yoona has agreed and even offered to host the tournament this year. She believes that it is a great way to channel our focus onto happier moments and continue a centuries-long tradition. Let's give it up for the Headmistress of Beauxbatons!"

Yeri cheered especially loudly in an attempt to reference her thoughts to Eunbi — one of Madam Yoona's beloved students and Yeri's friend for a brief amount of time. She knew that aside from being a tradition, this tournament would partially be held in honor of her, for the deaths of witches and wizards did not go unnoticed at schools like this.
