they call you stupid for feeling this way. they say that you are far too young to be feeling things as strong as falling in love. they call you over dramatic and immature.

but you have felt the ups and downs of loving someone. you know how it feels to have a panic attack at two in the morning. you know what it's like to have your heart ripped out of your chest. you know what it's like to fake a smile in hopes that, maybe one day, it'll become real. you've felt the all pain that comes along with falling in love.

and, darling, what you don't know is that you have made me feel each and every one of these things. all while you felt them for her.
