AJ knocked on their bedroom door
Gabe then opened it
"Hey dad our food is downstairs" AJ said smiling at him
"OK." Gabe said as he came out
"Are you feeling better? " AJ asked in a caring voice
"A little." Gabe said smiling at him
"That's good" AJ said smiling before they both walked downstairs
They said down at the table and began to eat as a family
Clem looked at their food and noticed they both were eating fish.
"Ah... Why do you have to eat fish? " Clem asked giggling
"Hey, you brought it." Gabe said digging in
"Yeah, that's right... I'm so jealous that you are allowed to eat fish and I'm not" Clem said eating her sandwich
"Hey, the only reason you can't is because it would hurt the baby." Gabe said
"I know... Speaking of the baby. AJ, do you want to hear, what we called her? " Clem asked
"Yeah. What's your name?" AJ asked
"Her name is Mari Lee Garcia" Clem said smiling
"Aww. That's cute." AJ Said smiling as he ate
"Yeah, it really is" Clem said smiling
Gabe looked around the table.
"Hey, where's Kate?" Gabe asked
"Uh... I don't know. I think she's maybe still asleep" Clem said
"Maybe. Should we wake her up?" Gabe asked
"Yeah, I'll be right back" Clem said
"Ok." Gabe Said
Clem stood up and walked to Kate's room and knocked on the door
Kate woke up as she rubbed her eyes. "Who is it?" Kate asked sounding exhausted
"Here's Clem. We wanted to ask you, if you want to eat something with us? " Clem asked
"Sure." Kate said as she stood up and opened the door
"Damn, you look tired" Clem said
"Yeah well, I am tired." Kate responded
"Don't worry, after you ate something, you can go to sleep again" Clem said
"Ok thanks." Kate said leaving her room
"No problem" Clem said smiling as they both entered the dining room
Kate sat down as she began to eat her fish
Clem continued eating her bologna sandwich
They all ate, not knowing what to talk about
"So... what did you guys do today?" Kate asked as Gabe tensed up
"I.. Uh.. We can't really talk about it... " Clem said
"Why not?" Kate asked
Clem looked at Gabe, who was looking down. "Something really bad happened" Clem said looking down too
"Oh no. What happened?" Kate asked
Gabe didn't say a word
"A-Amanda... She got bit... " Clem said sadly
"What?" Kate asked doing a spittake while Gabe kept his head down
"Yeah... Sadly it's the truth... " Clem said
