Mari continued to cry as they walked in
Clem then picked her up out of her crib and started rocking her slowly.
"Shh... It's okay, sweetie... Mama and Dada are here" Clem said smiling at her
Mari almost immediately stopped crying as she put her hands on Clem's face and smiled
"Aww. I think she just wanted her mama." Gabe said smiling
"Yeah, I think so" Clem said still smiling down at Mari.
"Our little sweetpea just wanted to see her parents" Clem said tickling Mari's nose
Mari smiled wider at Clem
"You like that, huh?" Clem asked smiling as she kept tickling her nose
Mari kept on smiling as Gabe held Clem from behind
Clem then carefully hugged Mari, while she was looking over Clems shoulder at Gabe
Mari rested her head on Clem's shoulder while Gabe rested his on her other one
After a while Clem held Mari in front of her and kissed her forehead while smiling at her daughter
Mari just kept smiling back
"Wait, where's her pacifier?" Clem asked
"Huh? I don't know." Gabe Said looking for it
He found it in the crib. "Oh, here it is." Gabe said giving it to her
Clem grabbed her pacifier. "You want this, sweetie?" Clem asked smiling
Mari then began to reach out for the pacifier
"I'll take that as a yes" Clem said smiling as she carefully put it in Mari's mouth
Mari then began to suck on it once Clem put it in her mouth
"I bet, you love your pacifier" Clem said still smiling at her
Mari kept smiling with the pacifier in her mouth
"Her smile is so adorable" Clem said smiling
"Yeah, she gets that from you." Gabe Said smiling at Mari
"Well my smile and your smile are combined in her" Clem said
"I guess it is." Gabe Said as Mari reached out for Gabe
"Aww... Someone wants to be held by dada" Clem said smiling at her before handing her over to Gabe
Gabe took Mari as he held her up to his shoulder
Mari smiled while still sucking on her pacifier
"Who is dada's special little girl?" Gabe cooed as he rubbed his nose against her tiny nose
Mari then smiled even more. "I thought I was your special little girl" Clem joked while smirking
"Nope. You're my special woman." Gabe Said
"Well okay then" Clem said giggling as Mari was staring into her fathers eyes
Gabe then playfully spun Mari around but not too hard
"You two are so adorable" Clem said smiling
Gabe then stopped and saw the smile on his daughters face
"Damn it Gabe... you really got me out of our bed..." Clem said chuckling after a couple seconds of silence
"Yeah, with a little help from our sweet baby." Gabe Said smiling
