Sometimes, doesn't matter how hard you try, you can't stop things from happening.
Sometimes, somethings...some thoughts take you back to your past.
Those thoughts crush you.
You hit the rock bottom.
Those thoughts make you blame yourself.
These thoughts are the reason I've cried myself to sleep for years.
These thoughts make you think that life would've been better if you died.
I should have died...
She would have been here..with us..
This is all my fault.
It's my fault she isn't here.
This is my fault that my mother lost two people she loved the most.

Ever since I ran that day I've locked myself in my room...not talking to anyone and drowning in my sorrows.
"Ray!! Open the door. Talk to me. Tell me what is it!!" My mom called out.
I haven't talked to mom too. I don't want her to cry because of me.
"Yeah mom.. wait." I said my voice sore because of crying.
I opened the door to let her in.
"Ray. What happened!?" She wispered.
Just one question and my tears came back in full force.
Mom's eyes softened.
She knows the reason.
She knows the reason behind my tears.
"Ray.. it's okay!! Don't blame yourself. It wasn't your fault." She said, her voice trembling.
"No mom!! It IS my fault. She would've been here!! We wouldn't have lost her!! You wouldn't have lost her!!" I said sobbing hard.
"No Ray!! It was. It's in the past now. I'm happy I still have you." She said crying herself.
Doesn't matter what she say, I know it was my fault. She wasn't there when it happened. I was.
"Now let's not behave like cry babies. Let's have a movie marathon. It's been years since we had one." Mom said trying to lift up my mood.
I smiled.
I love my mom. She has been through a lot and she is still strong. I admire this thing about her. She is the best!!
"I love you Mom!!" I said hugging her.
"I know I'm the best!!" She said flipping her hairs dramatically.
I laughed.
