Chapter- Ten

" Okay!! So we have doritos, gummy bears, a looooot of snacks and last but not the least we have THE SALVATORE BROTHERS to make our night a success." Alexa said clapping her hands together.

I laughed.

" And let's not forget all the tea I'll be getting from you!!" She smirked.

"There's no 'tea'. Nothing happened." I scoffed.

" Oh puh-leeaaaseee!! There has to be something!! I totally ship both of you. Bay forever!!" She shouted.

I glared at her.

"What!!? You didn't like your ship name??" She giggled.

" There's no ship sailing here!!" I said.

" Whatever makes you sleep at night." She sang.

I grumbled.

" What about you and Duke!? I've seen you guys giving eachother a lot of 'love-sick-puppy' looks." I smirked.

She blushed.

" What about Duke and me." She said trying to be innocent.

" Like you don't know!! Tell me else I'll not tell you about Blake." I said.

"So you accept there IS something to tell about Blake." She smirked.

" Don't change the topic." I glared at her.

" Ohkayy Geez... looks like someone's PMSing." She said under her breath.

If looks can kill, Alexa would've been six feets under the ground...only if!!!

"Alexa!" I warned.

"Okay sorry!! We kinda went on a date or two and he asked me for the prom." She said blushing.

I squealed.

"You lucky Bitch!!!" I said laughing.

"I know right." She said flipping her hairs dramatically.

"Anyway enough about me!! Now you spill the beans." She said rubbing her hands in an evil way.

This girl scares me sometimes.

So I do exactly what she asked me to do!! Spilled the beans. I told her everything starting from the incident in the classroom till kissing in the car. I told her every single thing.

"I can't believe this." She said still awestruck.

" He makes me Happy Alex." I smiled.

"No... that's fine but I can't believe you didn't tell him that you like him back!!! I mean he told you that he LIKES YOU what else do you want??" She exclaimed.

" He didn't mean it like that Alex." I said.

I mean of course he said he likes me but he just meant it in a friendly way..as friends with no romantic feelings involved whatsoever.

"Of course he didn't." She scoffed.

I glared at her.

"How can you be so damn naive Ray!? That guy clearly have the hots for you!!! 'Just friends' Don't kiss eachother!!" She shouted.

"Eh...let's not talk about it." I said.

This is getting really uncomfortable.

"Whatever" she scoffed.

I sighed.

"Anyway we need to go shopping for prom real soon else all the gorgeous dresses will be sold out." Alexa said.

This girl moves from one topic to another faster than the speed of light.

"Of course but I don't need a dress. I don't think I'll even go to the prom. I don't have a date too." I said.

"You'll have one!! Trust me!" She mumbled.

"Anyway let's start our marathon. Can't wait any longer to see the Salvatore brothers." I smiled.

"God!!! Stefan is hot..like reallllyyy HOT." Alexa said fanning her face.

"Yes!! But no one can beat THE DAMON!!" I said.

We both laughed.

I'm soo happy to have this girl's night again.
It's been so long since we last had one!! And I really missed this. This careless night full of junk and gossip, full of meni-pedi and dancing like crazy people without a care in world.

Alexa truely is a great best friend. When Jenna and Dad died she was there for me!! She was there for me when I was drowning in self pity. She was there with me when no one was!! And I'm utterly grateful for that.

I looked at her and smiled.

She was dancing wierdly to Tylor Swift's 'Blank Space'. This crazy girl!!

And yes!! We do listen to Tylor Swift.
Life's too short to hate Tylor Swift.

"Come on my little RAY of sunshine!! Join me." She giggled.

"That pun was hilarious." I said in a flat tone.

"Who cares!!! Join me!!" She said.

And I did join her.

And we danced like two crazy monkeys straight out of the zoo.

Doing wierd steps and laughing loudly.

THIS IS PURE BLISS.

I wish Blake was here!

Okay!! Where did THAT come from!??

But why am I surprised either? It's like every moment I want to spend with Blake..I want to share my every laughter and every drop of tear with him.

And I have never felt like this for anyone.

That was the moment I realised.

That I was falling for Blake.

And I was falling hard!!!
