After placing his girlfriend on the bed, Jin immediately walked into the living room. The boys were still in their places. The boys looked suspicious but Jungkook was on the verge of crying. Jungkook didn't like to cry in front of his father."Kim Seokjin, do sit here." Mr. Jeon told him as he pointed the seat across him. Jin nodded and obeyed his request.
Mr. Jeon let out a heavy sigh. Before speaking up, Mr. Jeon examined Jin as he felt guilty about what he had done to the two.
"Seokjin, if you're wondering why I am here, I came here to apologize to the both of you. I know I've done a lot of bad things to you but I–" He couldn't continue his statement as Jin stopped him.
"It's alright. I forgive you. However, it is only me who forgave you. Therefore, you have to apologize to Ella. She suffered so much." Jin told him in a polite manner as he stood up.
"Want some refreshments?" Jin asked
"That would be nice." Mr. Jeon smiled as Jin walked away to get some refreshments.
With a tray on his hands, Jin immediately got back to the living room where the others were. Jin placed the tray of refreshments on the coffee table as he sat down on the couch.
"Mr. Kim Seokjin, thank you for your warm welcome. I know I've been a very ba–" Jin stopped Mr. Jeon's sentence by raising his palm in front of his face.
"I know. Now, as your daughter's boyfriend, I would like to ask for your permit." Jin told him as he placed his palm down. Mr. Jeon was confused with Jin's words.
"Permit for what?" Mr. Jeon asked directly.
Jin sighed and cleared his throat. He suddenly stood up from where he was seated and approached his girlfriend's father. Jin held the hands of Mr. Jeon as he cleared his throat again, feeling nervous about this situation. The boys, as well, were curious about Jin's actions. All of a sudden, Jin knelt down on one knee, in front of Mr. Jeon as he took out a small box from his pocket. Jin opened the box, revealing two rings.
"This is our wedding rings, Ella and mine. Will you let me place this ring on her finger?" Jin eyed Mr. Jeon, still kneeling on one knee.
Mr. Jeon couldn't make up his words as he felt overwhelmed with the boy's statement. The other boys, as well, had their jaws dropping, eyeing the scene in front of them.
The sound of the door closing made the scene less dramatic and thrilling.
"Jinnie-ah, what is i– WHAT THE–" Jungkook saw this coming as he ran towards his sister and covered her eyes with his hands.
Ella fought back from her strong brother as Jin panicked and hid the box and he stood up quickly.
"YAH! JINNIE-AH SKANSSMEESBSHQKJWEY?-?!" Jungkook successfully placed Ella back into her room.
"Ella, love, it's not what you think it is!" Jin begged her for forgiveness yet Ella, a little stubborn as she is, still could not believe about that incident which happened few moments ago.
Jin was kneeling in front of Ella as she sat down on his bed. She was overwhelmed about everything. Why did he propose to my father? Was all she thought about.
"Tell me. What happened back there?" Ella calmed herself down.
"I told you it's not the right time to talk about it. I'm sorry, love." He told his girlfriend, holding her hand.
"Then, let's break–" As if on cue, Jin stood up and smashed his lips onto hers. He knew what she was going to say so he stopped her from saying it.
Jin kissed her passionately, never letting go. They continued as Jin began to hover above his girlfriend, presenting her beauty in front of him. He lets go and stares at her.
"Why would you want to break up with me when I am already preparing for our wedding?" Jin didn't know where he got the guts to say and reveal his secret.
Ella, with Jin above her, had her eyes widened, shock of what her boyfriend said.
"S-so, that's why y-you–"
"Yes, I asked blessings from your father." He spoke sternly but he smiled sweetly at her.
