Chapter 2: Childhood Friends

Juvia and Gray were holding hands going tot he guild, at that point, it was nearly noon.

They come in, and everybody had mixed emotions, some were concerned that they couldn't come, but some were a little angry that they're late.

Gray went to Natsu and the others while Juvia went to the girls.

"Gray, Juvia, why are always coming late ever since you two lived together?" Lucy asked them.

"Sorry, Lucy-san, we woke up late." Juvia answered.

Lucy sighed and Erza scooted in, "Being together with your one true love is definitely time consuming."

Juvia blushed because she knew what Erza was saying.

Erza was patting her Juvia's shoulders while giving out a giggle.

"How about you, Erza? We all have someone, do you have someone?" Levy asked her.

As you don't know yet, Natsu has Lucy, Gajeel has Levy, and of course, Gray has Juvia.

"Of course, I have." Erza said in a flustered tone. "He's my everything to me."

"Hm? Who?" Lucy asked her.

"It's... it's..."

Then, the doors opened to see a person with blue hair. It was Jellal.

"I need to talk to Erza." Jellal demanded. .

Erza blushed a lot to see Jellal, especially when they were talking about that topic and what he said.

He saw her went to her. He said to her,

"I need your team, Erza."

"Huh? Why?" Erza replied.

"It's a dire situation." He answered.

She got the whole gang together and said the situation in hand.

"We have a problem." Jellal started. "There has been someone who has been going to villages and destroying everything in its path. And now, it's going here, Magnolia."

Everyone was shocked to hear the news.

"And now, I'm asking you guys to stop this man and put him behind bars."

"Don't worry, we'll stop him, I promise you that." Natsu said, all fired up.

"We'll put him in an ice prison." Gray added and held Juvia's hand, making her blush a little bit.

"Aye!" Happy added.

"But who is this guy? What magic does he use?" Lucy asked Jellal.

"He uses some kind of Levitation Magic. He can levitate multiple things at once, he can even levitate himself."

"That's going to be a hard challenge." Wendy said.

"Actually, the previous village that he destroyed heard that he's going to the Dragon Slayers. So figuring that you guys are here, I thought I'd give you guys the heads up."

"Do you know when he's going to Magnolia?" Erza asked him.

"I don't know yet, but we need to be ready when he does." Jellal said.

"Thank you, for informing us." Erza thanked Jellal.

"Hey, Jellal it's been along time." Gray said to Jellal. "How about we all go somewhere tonight, have a little drink? I do owe a debt."

"Sure, but are you going to take Juvia with?" Jellal said.

"Yeah, why not? How about you take Erza with?" Gray insisted.

Erza's face was bright red and Jellal was blushing as well. Everyone was cooing.

"T-that's fine by me..." Erza said in a soft voice.

"That's great, it's like all of us are going on a date." Juvia said happily.

Erza looks like she's about to explode from embarrassment.

"That's sounds fun." Lucy said while holding Natsu's arm.

The day went on and finally, it was night and the gang was going to a restaurant.

Every girl was holding on to the arms of their loved ones. But only Erza and Jellal were the only ones who weren't.

When they got to the restaurant, they got a round table and ordered beer enough for everyone.

Erza was trying to have funbtu was distracted by Jellal.

"How about you make a move now on her?" Gray whispered to Jellal.

So, Jellal took all the courage he had and touched Erza's hand.

Erza was flustered and looked at Jellal with full of embarrassment on her face.

Jellal just smiled at her, and that moment, Erza knew what that meant. They were meant for each other.

"Wanna go somewhere else?" Jellal whispered to Erza, who's face is getting more red by the second.

She looked at him and nodded, so they quietly go unnoticed, except for Gray,who advised them to go.

10 minutes lare, Natsu finally notices that Jellal and Erza are gone.

"Huh, where's Erza and Jellal?" Natsu asked, causing the whole to look around finally noticed that they were gone.

"They had to go somewhere." Gray answered.

Everybody except Juvia were thinking the same thing about what they're probably doing.

"Huh, why are you all making that face?" Juvia asked.

Lucy whispered to Juvia on what they were thinking, causing Juvia to blush to what Lucy is saying.

Everyone laugh to see Juvia like that.

"It's alright, Juvia." Gray said to comfort her.

"Anyways, let's have more fun!" Gray shouted.

"Yeah!" They shouted as they raised their drinks high.

The night went on and soon, they went home.
