Chapter 20: Forever Part 1

6 months has gone by since Juvia came back from the dead as Jules.

The two of them finally moved back from their apartment.

Natsu and Lucy has finally moved in together. She moved to Happy and Natsu's house 2 months after Juvia came back.

Natsu was also thinking of marrying Lucy, but he is also doesn't have enough courage to sat it to her.

Jellal visits Magnolia now more often because of one thing: Erza.

Gajeel and Levy were also one of the couples in Fairy Tail. At first, they kept it a secret because they were too embarrassed to say it in front of the guild, but they finally showed to them that they are together by Gajeel intentionally kissing Levy on the lips when she wasn't aware.

For Gray, he was still scared to propose to Juvia because he thought that she might not be ready for marriage.

One day, Gray brought the ring to show to the guys that he wants to marry Juvia.

"Huh? Why aren't you proposing? You've been together for half a year now." Natsu asked him as Gray shows the ring.

"I don't know, I mean, I just don't think that she's ready for marriage just yet." Gray answered.

Meanwhile, the girls were also talking about marriage.

"Man, Natsu can be a pain sometimes, but most of the time, you need to be blunt to him and say it directly what you want." Lucy said pouting.

"Really? I mean Gajeel can be romantic as well. I'm just waiting for him to propose." Levy said, pouting as well.

"How about you, Erza? How about you and Jellal?" Lucy asked her.

But Erza was looking down and turning red and try to form a sentence but she was stuttering."Ehh, is Erza thinking of something?" She teases her.

"No! Me and Jellal are in a pretty good relationship." She replied.

"Surrrrre." Lucy said as she shoulder taps Erza.The girls giggled about Erza's reaction.

"How about you, Juvia?" Levy asked her.

"Uh, Juvia and Gray-sama has a great relationship. Gray-sama would always treat Juvia every now and then like giving Juvia stuffed animals, Juvia's favourite food and..." she says as she tries to think of what Gray would always do to her to make her happy.

"Really? I'm jealous of you, Juvia. Natsu would rarely do that." Lucy pouted.

"Sounds like your a married couple." Erza added.Juvia looks down and smiles about the thought of them being married.

"Yeah, Juvia would like that." She says as she looks up and gives them a bright smile.

Meanwhile, the guys were teasing Gray about proposing to her and saying that he should man up and do it.

So, he musters up all of his courage and walks to Juvia.

"Excuse me girls, can I talk to Juvia?" Gray asked therm.

"Sure." Lucy replied.

Then, she whispered to Juvia,

"Hey, be ready."

She nodded and goes to Gray, sitting in the bar.

"So, what do you want to talk about?" She asked him.

"Um, I was wondering if you want to go to the Magnolia's new restaurant tonight?" Gray asks her, scratching the back of his head.

"The expensive- looking one?" Juvia answers back with a question.

"Yeah, I think it's called the Providence." He replied.

"Are you sure? It looks expensive." She says in concern.

"Don't worry, it's perfect and I have enough to get a reservation for tonight." He said to encourage her.

"Alright, it's a date." She said happily.

Then, they head back to their group.

"What did Gray said to you?" Lucy said to Juvia as she comes back from the talk.

"We're going to the Providence tonight." She answered.

"Really? I think a lot of people has reserved there and one of my friends said it was expensive." Levy said, concerned.

"Gray-sama said that he has handled it." Juvia answered.

"Maybe he's preparing something." Lucy said as she shoulder taps her.

Juvia blushes a little bit."Remember, be ready for anything, okay?" Lucy added.

She nods and the day went on.

They both went to the apartment first to dress up nicely.

Juvia wore a simple blue dress while Gray wore a suit.

When they got there, they saw the long line of the Providence. But Gray had other plans.

"Come on." He pulls Juvia to the front of the line.

"Hey, Gray-sama, aren't we supposed to wait in line?" Juvia said.

"Don't worry. I have a surprise." Gray smirks.

When they got in front of the restaurant, a bodyguard was checking his list for the next guest."Hey, go back. He gestures them to fall in line but Gray was already one step ahead.

"Check the list, buddy." He said with a smirk. "Name's Gray Fullbuster, for two." then he pulls Juvia to see his 'plus one.'

He checks the list and it was on top of the list of VIPs.

"Oh sorry, sir. You may come in." He opens the door and gestures them to go in.

Juvia was amazed at Gray. "Wow, Juvia never thought that you would do something like that."

"I know someone who works here." He whispers to her.

Then, the owner of the restaurant saw Gray and Juvia and greeted them."Oh, Gray. You're here." The owner says.

"You mean that..." Juvia said in amazement.

"I know the owner, so I said that I need a reservation." Gray answered.This made Juvia hug Gray's arm tight, making Gray smile.

"Now, let's go to our table." Gray insisted.

Juvia went to their while Gray talked to the owner for something.

"Hey, do you have everything set up?" Gray asked the owner.

" Of course, anything for your future wife." He winks and shoulder bumps him.

He blushes a little bit and looks away. "Whatever, just be ready. You contacted them? You got the everything?"

The owner give a thumb up, approving that everything is ready for the big surprise.

"Hey, you owe me big time." The owner says.

He gives him the ring box and goes to the kitchen.

Meanwhile, Juvia was sitting down, waiting for Gray so that they can order.

"Hey, where were you? We need to order food." Juvia said worryingly.

"Sorry, I was talking to the owner." Gray said. "Anyways, let's just relax."

She nods and they enjoyed their date.

HEY GUYS, SO THIS STORY IS ALMOST FINISHED. AND I WAS WONDERING IF I CAN CHANGE THE STORIES THAT I PUT HERE. I WAS THINKING OF MAKING A NALU FANFIC AND IM ALREADY MAKING IT, SO IF YOU WANT ONE ASK ME AND COMMENT.
