The boy walked into the kitchen, stretching out his muscular arms and letting out a purring yawn as he scrunched up his tiny face. His plump lips were swollen as well as his eyes from the lack of sleep the night before.

Jimin took baby steps towards the refrigerator and grabbed a large carton of soy milk, then grabbing a couple of pieces of fruit.

Carefully, he placed both items onto the side and fished out a bowl from the drying rack. And that's when he saw it. Just as he was about to place the bowl down he saw a pink notebook open on the front page, scruffy and obviously rushed writing sprawled over the paper.

Yoongi here. You might be concerned as to where I am or what I'm up to. Well, I'm just on a trip at the minute. I know you'll understand. It's been so difficult, but please don't worry about me. I'm completely fine. I can do this. I just need time to think and feel safe somewhere that isn't in your arms. I need to be independent again, my therapist said it's unhealthy to get attached again. Take care, sunshine. -y.

Jimin furrowed his eyebrows, guessing that the letter was left for him since he was in little space and right now couldn't think properly. Who else would this sweet and confusing love note be for? Obviously him.

So, he folded it neatly in his chubby hands and shoved it into his pocket, now continuing to swig at the organic milk and shovel in piles of fruit.

Hoseok read the small note that had clearly been left by little Yoongi, written in crayon. It took him a little while to make out each word since some of it seemed to be smudged, but after figuring it all out he couldn't help but sigh. He'd found the small, folded piece of paper on his desk that morning, no clue as to where Yoongi had gone after yesterday.

He'd simply disappeared, and nobody knew where to.

His thumb delicately rubbed the corner of the paper as he bit his lip, worried for the boy who could be anywhere right now. Though, he probably shouldn't be too scared. Yoongi can take care of himself, he did it before so he can surely do it now.

Hoseok wrapped himself back into his duvet, scrunching the note up tightly in his hand and holding it to his chest. Sure, he felt bad for not going after the older boy but maybe he just needed some time alone.

After all, it was Min Yoongi.

The train seats seemed colder than usual, mainly because the only clothing on the petit body was a pair of black shorts and a hoodie, with a Adidas rucksack slung over his shoulder.

In there, he'd shoved his favourite clothes, a bottle of water, his wallet and his phone. His feline eyes stared out of the dusty window as he watched the scenery fade from urban to nothingness. It was empty. Too empty.

He rummaged through his small bag, quickly double checking that he had everything he needed. He took no risks in this trip at all, especially since he didn't want to see that man ever again in his life.

Yugyeom had ruined him. Done so many things that Yoongi had enough, so he left his only friend two notes. He remembered writing one in little space, an apology. Whilst the second was information on his sudden absence. He left them, all in hope that he'd understand. He didn't want Hoseok to think any different.

Though, what's the point in leaving a note out in the open when Park Jimin is around?

hey! My exams are finally over and oh my god I'm so happy. This book reached 3k reads whilst I was gone and I just want to say a huge thank you for your support.

At the minute, I don't have the motivation to write since I still have two weeks left of school before summer. But when I get off school I'll be updating twice a week again like normal.

This is a pretty poorly written chapter, and if it's confusing here's a little cover; Yoongi leaves two notes. One as an apology (which we see in the previous chapter) and one asking Hoseok to understand why he's gone. But, Jimin finds the second note and assumed it's for him.

Anyways, I love you! Have a good day/night🥰
