"My dead scattered children..." The villain warped himself in front of Iida, causing him to pivot his body in an attempt to stop or turn quick enough. It seemed to be for naught as he was mere inches from the swirling darkness. "It would hardly be to our benefit is you called for your teachers."
Soraka hadn't even realized someone behind her had moved until she saw Shoji leaping towards the mist. His arms wrapped around it, containing it long enough for Iida to pick his step back up and continue his sprint towards the door. The villain wasn't contained for long and as soon as he escaped Shoji's grasp, he darted through the air towards Iida once again.
"How impertinent..! I won't allow you to leave!"
Now that the villain was solely focused on Iida, Soraka's wings folded and they all rushed forward. Mina went straight to Thirteen, kneeling down by his side. Soraka joined her as Uraraka, Sero, and Sato rushed towards the villain.
Mina stared after her like she was mad. "What're you gonna do, Uraraka?!"
"There! See it?!" She yelled back. Both girls peered up at the mist and spotted it. A gleam of metal shone through, that's what Uraraka must be going for. Another spiral of mist formed in front of Iida, but he didn't slow down this time as Uraraka grabbed hold of the metal.
"I'm not sure why, but if you're wearing this thing, then you must have a real body in there..!" Her quirk activated against it, evident by the slight pink that glowed under her fingertips before she threw it up. "Now go Iida!"
The mist was yanked back towards the metal, so she must have been right. Soraka watched her classmates in awe as Sero angled his elbow. Tape shot out from the slot and attached itself to the metal before Sato snatched it from Sero and used it to throw the villain elsewhere. The automatic doors creaked open and Iida left the building. It was a small victory, but would leave a relieved sensation in her.
With Iida going to get help and the others now turning their attention to Thirteen, Soraka stood, her wings spreading wide again.
"Where are you going?" Mina looked up at her.
"If our classmates are all still here then I want to help them." She had hesitated before but seeing her classmates act had her determined to do something. "Someone might be in some real trouble. I'm going to the conflagration zone." She lifted a finger, pointing towards the dome painted black with raging flames. It was logical to her, since she could do her best there.
Thirteen wasn't able to interject, he had probably blacked out from his injuries. Her classmates didn't have time to interject either before she left.
Her surroundings were a blur up until she spotted the creature below. She had to quickly focus her attention on the dome again to avoid feeling nauseas again. She could've sworn she saw Aizawa against the ground, small traces of blood pooling from his head.
She landed and ran into the dome to be greeted with a burning city. How it kept burning while nothing collapsed amazed her but now wasn't the time to admire how much work had been put into this place. It looked much too real as she sprinted through the streets. Her hands were curled into tight fists, she had to constantly remind herself to control her breathing. Her eyes darted around, sweat quickly beading on her forehead. Whether that was from her internal panic or from the heat, it didn't matter. She jerked to a stop when she heard a slam somewhere off to her left. Everything went silent for a moment, the only sound being the crackling of the fire.
"Find that kid! He's makin' fools of us!" The voice was taut and raucous, and rounding the corner. She realized this and darted behind a burning car, tucking her wings in tight. Clearly there were others, if there wasn't than the make wouldn't have said 'us'. She listened carefully, trying to discern just how many people there were. There were grunts but they sounded similar to each other. Footsteps got louder as they neared her hiding spot, there has to be at least three of them.
