Getting up in the morning wasn't supposed to be pleasant, so why was it the next morning?
Fuyumi had gracefully entered the room, going over to let in the rays of the early morning sun. It was just barely peeking out over the horizon. Soraka was comfortable and cozy, but the woman's soft voice woke her up in a calm manner.
"Soraka, I'm afraid it's time to get up. You've got another big day, right? Let's get going hero."
Soraka blinked a few times to let her eyes adjust to the light, pushing herself up in the process. She again wondered how these people could ever be related to the difficult Endeavor. Soraka stood, stretching her arms over her head, and smiling at Fuyumi.
"Good morning, thank you for waking me." She went to her phone to check the time. "I had an alarm set, but you woke me up a few minutes before it." She wasn't too disappointed in her missing out on her last few minutes, it would've been a more stale way of being woken up.
"Breakfast is ready, so get yourself ready and come eat. Endeavor is already at the agency, so you might want to move fast."
Soraka thanked her again with a nod before the other girl left. She quickly changed into her uniform, but took her time with her hair. She braided the top half into a crown-braid, while the lower half was put into its normal braid. She grabbed the case of her hero costume, and went to the dining room.
"Good morning Todoroki." She nodded to Shoto, but the name had all three of the siblings looking up to her. She realized this, and her head tilted slightly. "Should I call you something else so no one gets confused?"
"You can call us by our given names here. Just makes everything easier." Natsuo answered first. The other two didn't object, so Soraka nodded, and went about fixing her plate and eating. It was a relaxing silence, though there was a slight tenson. She figured it was most likely due to her and Shoto having to go to the internship. You never knew what could, or would happen. She was only concerned about these blue flames. Surely they wouldn't patrol until later on.
They ate mostly in silence until her and Shoto finished, a which point they both stood up.
"Ready?" Shoto asked her, while the other two siblings watched them.
"As I'll ever be." Soraka replied with a somewhat forced grin. There was only so much she could look forward to, but she had to remember this was purely for experience, and a little bit of training. They made their way to the train station, arriving shortly to the agency. The way it towered over them again made her feel nervous.
Burnin' was once again there to greet them, but something was off. She wasn't as bubbly, or 'fired-up' as she had been the previous day. She led the two students to Endeavor's office, at which she left when they entered.
"About time you both got here. Get ready, we're going out." He didn't even so much as properly greet them, immediately standing and approaching the door.
"Where? To do what?" Shoto asked quickly, though it seemed hesitant for a moment. Soraka just kept her mouth shut, as Shoto was much more willing to speak his immediate thoughts to the hero.
"If this incident follows precedent," Endeavor started without even glancing at them. "Then the hero killer will appear in Hosu City again. We will go to Hosu for a time on a business trip and work there." He pulled open the door, speaking to whoever was outside of it. "Contact Hosu City immediately."
A loud "Yes, Sir!" sounded, by primarily male voices. The two of them stared after him for a moment, before Shoto stepped off.
Soraka followed him, but peeled off to go change. If they were just going to change as soon as they got there, why didn't he have them change before? Maybe it was a last minute change of plan, though that didn't seem very likely.
