A few weeks had passed since the event when the so called car accident had occurred.
Many bodies were found. They were killed in the most gruesome ways possible and all of their hearts had been taken out and cut in half. The two letters: HC had been carved into them. The people murdered were tortured and left to bleed.
Police officers were always alert these days but the mysterious Heart Carver always left the bodies in some place where the police could easily find them.
In the last two weeks, 43 bodies were found dead. Some had their eyes taken out, some had missing arms and legs while others had been tortured in other ways which were so gruesome and cruel that the images were often not shown on the television or published in newspapers.
It was officially banned to show such images or tell the details about the bodies.
Some news channels and newspaper editors secretly added the pictures and description. Panic was raising slowly.
People would come home early and go out in groups. They had 911 on speed dial. Locks were repaired and security cameras were selling out rapidly.
The Heart Carver was said to be the most dangerous serial killer.
He was said to kill in the worst way possible. He tortured in the most painful way he could think of. After his torture when the people were literally begging for death, he would cut open their chests and rip out their hearts. He would leave the people to bleed. He would always cut the hearts into two pieces and carve the letters :HC
He was said to be on top of the wanted list. Many had tried to catch him for years but all of them failed. No one ever found him.
Those who did, found out that it was a trap and were killed after painful torture getting their hearts ripped out of their chests.
There wasn't one. Not even one living soul that had seen him and survived. All of them were...gone.
There had been many serial killers. Vicious and dangerous ones. But not like this one. He was the cruelest of the cruelest. The most dangerous man alive. Some even believed that he wasn't even a man.
Security was present outside every door. Soon enough, precautions and safety measures were shown on television. Most of the news channels didn't tell the reason about taking precautions.
They thought it was too hard for people to handle.
The Heart Carver's identity had never been revealed. At first, he was simply known as "The Killer", "Murderer", "Torturer."
After people had noticed his interest in ripping out people's heart, he was known as "The Heart Carver"
He even started calling himself the Heart Carver.
No living soul had ever seen his face. Even if they had, they didn't know that it was him. No one had ever heard his voice or spotted him.
No one knew where he lived. It was rumoured that he didn't have a home because he travelled country to country just for killing.
No one knew anything about him.
Nothing except.....
He was heartless and killed for fun.
