I laugh laying down on the blanket watching Ez and Siah watch Kyle intently as he tries to get them to roll from their tummy's to their backs. He chants again "come on, lay face up for daddy, lay face up for daddy you can see all the pretty clouds"
We took our boys out to the park today so that we could all get some much needed fresh air, while out we decided to lay on some grass as Kyle tried some activities with them our pediatrician recommended. I pat Siahs butt saying "come on loves copy momma, copy mommy"
Sure enough they both slowly lay on their backs I clap continuing "yay"!
Kyle replies "wow so you'll do it for mommy but not for me"
I hold Kyles hand telling him "they listen to daddy too"
He responds with a wink "don't call me daddy in front of the kids, no bedroom talk"
I laugh throwing a stuffed animal at him responding "your too much"
I sit up holding myself up with my arms leaning back as Kyle says "get back on your stomachs for daddy"
This time they listen I smile blowing them kisses as Kyle continues "there you go sons light work"
I laugh as he sits them up I reply "they're so strong, my little mans"
Kyle tells me "their Kuzmas of course, now daddy brought something new today"
He then dramatically pulls out a little bottle labeled bubbles, he continues "y'all don't even know how hard these hit yet"
I smile responding "this is true boys, pay close attention to daddy"
As he blows the bubbles EZ gasps as Siah laughs watching, I could feel my heart melt watching their chubby hands reach for the bubbles. Kyle smiles watching them I could tell his heart was so full, he glances at me then looks at the boys his eyes filled with so much love whispering "I told you so"
We spent about another hour at the park til the boys wore themselves out, Kyles head was in my lap as both the babies lay on his chest sleeping soundly I smile kissing Kyles forehead saying "what a beautiful day"
Kyle looks at me replying "I know I really needed this after china"
He puckers his lips as I lean down kissing him, we spent a week apart as he traveled I met up with him in Vegas so we could spend some family time together since the summer league season start out here. Kyle asks "anything new happen while I was away"
I answer "no aside from EZ keeping me up all night the first night you were away"
Kyle exhales telling me "he hates it when I leave"
I respond "we all do"
He says "I don't even wanna go to this game anymore"
I reply "you've got to, show your support and we'll be waiting for you in the hotel room"
