▪ II: Change

Gusto ko nang magsising nagkaroon ako ng pangalan para dito sa mundo ng mga tao.

"Shaina, sinabi mo para di na umasang may tayo pa sa huli~." He sang something unfamiliar. Alright, he has incredible voice and it was not a lie when he said he is the 'hellish no-Saint Of Music', but I can't help but get irritated everytime he uses my newly given name in some lyrics!

"Could you stop, devil?!" Iritable kong sigaw.

"Nah-uh, bad angel." Tumatawang wika niya. "Shaina na shaina talaga, pag-ibig na alay sa iyo~." Kumanta siya ulit.

Ang ganda ng boses niya! Pero nakakainis yung kinakanta niya.

"Did you gave me name to irritate the whole out of me?!" I hissed.

Tumawa naman siya. "Angel is mad, you want to suffer in purgatory because of committing one of the deadly sins, wrath?" He asked and I just glared at him.

"You want me go to hell, do you?"

Tila naman nag-isip siya. Anong iniisip niya?! Why can't I read his mind! This devil.

"I think I want to go to heaven." He answered which surprised me. Is that why he's helping me?

Sumeryoso ang mukha ko, it is a good news. "It's not that too late, Elijah. You just have to do good deeds and when hell rejected you, you will be human. You just have to continue good deeds until you die then you'll surely be in heaven." I discussed.

Angels and devils are immortals, only human isn't. Humans always has two ways when they die, either hell or heaven. Death leads to eternal life. On the other hand, most of the devils are fallen angels, former Archangels that turned into devil and is fallen can't ever return to heaven. They have the most grave sin ever while once an angel is sent to human realm they tend to be vulnerable to commit sins as their white-colored wings turns to color gray. That will be the time they will be neutral, angels with gray-colored wings can either go back to heaven or fall to hell, depending to their attitude.

"Not that way, Shaina in the morning." He said as I frowned on the way he called me. "I'm talking about the other way to heaven." He added.

Other way? There is an other way to heaven? If that's the case then I can go back to heaven as well as tell Godfather about Elijah's will, if I am able to prove his goodness, his trial will be easier.

"What is the other way?" I asked curiously. I have never heard about that 'other way'.

"You know it angel." Sagot niya at itinaas baba ang kanyang kilay kasabay nang pagsilay nang nakakaloko niyang ngiti.

"I don't know, Father haven't told anything about that." I answered.

"My innocent Shaina! It's the people's way to go to heaven!" He answered.

People has ways?! How?

"How?" I asked.

"They make love."

"They make lo---- WHAT?! Ugh! You perveted devil!" Naiinis akong pinaghahampas siya.

"Stop that angel I might drop you." So I stopped and glared at him, but he just laughed! "Hey angel, we're both in human form. I think we can do the human way to heaven." He said naughtily and I just roll my eyes.

Akala ko seryoso siya! I was willing to help him! But he just, he just--- ugh. This devil is a psycho!

Hindi ko na siya sinagot pa dahil habang kinakausap ko siya ay kung anu-ano lamang ang sinasabi niya. Kung hindi ka ba naman nadedemonyo! Baka hindi ako makabalik sa langit ng dahil sa kanya.

"Uy." He called me but I didn't bother to look at him. Bahala siya! "That's bad angel." Maktol niya kaya inis ko siyang tiningnan.

"Stop calling me bad!"

"Stop ignoring me." He countered and I just glared at him. He just slipped out a smile.

"Bakit ba?" Mahinahon kong tanong at ipinikit ang mata.

"Naiinis ka ba?" Tanong niya. Sinong hindi maiinis? Akala ko gusto niyang makabalik sa langit, kung anghel man siya dati ay hindi ko na alam. O kung dati siyang tao ay hindi ko na din alam.

"Can you put yourself on my shoe and ask yourself that question?" Iritable kong sagot.

But he just pouted! Cute, ugh. Angels are honest, really!

"I cannot fit on your shoe plus you are barefooted." He answered. He is hopeless!

"Make sense devil!"

"I'm Elijah."

"Make sense Elijah." I said. Why am I obedient?! Kanina ko pa siya sinusunod kahit labag sa kalooban ko!

"Huwag ka na mainis, make love nga diba. So dapat matuwa ka." He said and I can't help but roll my eyes.

"I know what does that mean, Elijah."

"You're not innocent?"

"I am! But we don't use the other term in heaven, it is real that God wants people to be fruitful and multiply plus it should be done by those who are married. Magbasa ka nga ng bible Elijah!"

He burst out laughing, what now?!

"You just ask the devil to read a bible!" He is still laughing but I saw a sadness in his eyes. "Gusto mo ba akong malusaw, Shaina?" Seryoso niyang tanong kaya napailing ako.

Kapag nalusaw siya ay babalik siya ulit sa impyerno at hindi na makakaalis! He can't never go on human realm again! At least I am one of those who appreciates him in this appearance, in human realm.

Maya maya ay mukhang nakarating na kami sa apartment niya. May mga katabi pa siyang unit. Pumasok kami sa pinto na may nakalagay na '101'. Hindi na siya nag-abala pang magbukas ng ilaw, mukhang sanay siya sa dilim at kabisado ang bahay.

Pagkarating sa kwarto niya ay dahan dahan niya akong inilapag sa kama. Inilibot ko ang tingin ko sa paligid pagkabukas niya ng ilaw. Malambot ang kama niya at puti ang sapin niya, kumot at pati na ang unan. Actually, I think his whole apartelle unit is white and it is also clean.

"So clean, so good, right angel?" He asked and I look at him.

"Yes." I answered at para namang siyang nagpigil ng tawa. "What?" Takang tanong ko.

Namumula na siya dahil kagat kagat niya ang labi niya at mukha talaga siyang nagpipigil ng tawa. Napairap naman ako nang umiling siya. Bahala siya diyan at pagod na ako. Tumalikod naman siya at binuksan ang aparador. Kung nasa langit lang ako, hindi sana ako makakaramdam ng sakit at pagod.

Tiningnan ko ulit ang paligid at muling napabaling ng tingin sa kanya ng may maalala ako. Kasalukuyan siyang naghahanap ng damit, baka para makapagpalit siya. Sana ay pahiramin niya muna din ako.

"Elijah." Tawag ko sa kanya. Lumingon naman siya at seryosong nakatingin sa akin, moody.

"Why?"

"You gave me human name, my heavenly body accepted it at siguradong may nagbago sa akin. So anong nagbago sakin?" Tanong ko.

Tiningnan niya akong mabuti. Mula ulo hanggang paa. Nakakailang ang tingin niya at nararamdaman ko ang pamumula ko. His eyes were just enticing! Maybe I should restrain myself from staring at his eyes before I found myself caught up by temptation.

"Aha!" He said as if he discovered something. Muli siyang bumalik sa paghahanap ng damit bago nagsalita. "Your tits grew a little bigger." He answered.

"Ah, my tit---- TITS?!" I exclaimed at him. He just laughed and I can't help but blush! "Pervert!" Sigaw ko ulit.

He threw in my face his clothes. Kinuha ko iyon at nakita ko ang nakangisi niyang mukha. "Change clothes." He said. "Big tits." He added as he chuckle.

It's not that big!
