I Won't Leave Without You

I woke up in a different room. It was very dark. There was only one window, and a bed. It then hit me. I was still at that building where the police had brought me. I slowly sat up, still taking everything in that happened. When I looked straight forward I saw another bed. I wondered who it was. I rubbed my eyes, hoping I was just seeing things. I had then realized something. I might be in a room with a complete stranger. I stood up, and slowly walked over to the other bed. Once I was close enough, I peered over to see who it was. It was Zach. I took a step back, feeling relieved, but curious.

"Kendall? Is-is that you?"

"Uh yeah, sorry, I just wanted to see wh-"

"It's okay, no worries."

"Well what happened?"

"What do you mean?"

"Didn't that police guy ask you questions?"

"No not yet. He said he would sometime today."

He then sat up, and patted the space beside him. I slowly walked to the other side, and plopped myself onto the bed. I put my elbows on my knees, and covered my face with my hands.

"Kendall what's wrong?"

I looked up at him, feeling like I could cry.

"It's all my fault. If I hadn't ran away you would still be in the forest alone. Not here being asked stupid questions."

"Kendall. It's not your fault. I'm actually really glad I saw you in the forest."

"Why? All I've done is bring you trouble."

"No, all you've done is brought me fun times that I'll never forget."

"What are you saying?"

"I'm saying, I love you Kendall. I want to be with you forever."

"I do too, but how?"

"Okay look. You escape, and I'll find my way out."

"What!? How do I escape?"

"Kendall look, please. He'll be coming any second. Just say you need to go to the bathroom. There should be a window. Just climb out the window, and run. Run to the shop. B-Dad will protect you."

"But what about you?"

"Don't worry. I'll make it there."

"Okay. I love you Zach."

"I love you too Kendall."

We then hugged, before he had to leave...
