She turned around to see her best friend whom she didn't met for almost five years.

"Jem!!" she shouted and run to him as she embraced him. "I missed you!"
Her best friend and childhood friend Jeremy Walter Kim or Jem, for short.
"I do too, you little tofu." he said and hug her back. After few minutes, they broke free. "So, how was abroad?"
"It was great, I had a great time, even if I struggle in a lot of things, but it was worth it." she said, "How about you, how's life?"
"Well, like you I struggle in many things but it was all worth it, I'm living the life I want." he said. "So, are you gonna apply in our company?"
"Nope, not yet. I look at the list you sent to me and check them one by one, I have arranged them from the first company I will apply to the last, and your company is last, so we can go home together. I already have a schedule for it." she said in a smile.
"You never changed Dia." he said.
"Is there any reason for me to change?"
"There is actually." he noted making her confused.
"What is it?"
"Tell me when you remember it," his statement made her more confused. "Come on, let's go! We're going to miss the bus."
Jem run towards the bus station as he saw the bus coming, Dia hurriedly followed him and goodness, in time the two rode it. The seats were occupied so the two stand with Dia in front and Jem behind her. The bus was about to go when it suddenly stop causing her to lose balance and fall back, good thing Jem was able to caught her. They then look in front to see the one who got in, it was Vlad, being that said, and he also saw the position of Dia and Jem on where Jem caught her from falling. The moment he landed his attention to them, Dia saw mixed emotions in his face but the one evident to her was pain and she doesn't know why she suddenly felt guilty and immediately stand up properly, she turned her attention to Jem and smiled as she said her thanks before turning her attention to Vlad and started to see the places they passed by.
"Hey, Vlad!" Jem said that made her confused.
"You know him?" she asked.
He nodded. "Yeah, he's my office mate. How about you, do you remember him?"
She gave him a confused look. "How can I forget him?"
Jem look at her in surprise making her confused, what's there she said to be surprised about?
"...I just met him yesterday." she continued wherein Jem showed disappointment in his face.
