Saturday

Since it's Luna's day off, she slept in for today. She was woken up by Kelly, shaking her non-stop. "What the hell dude?" Luna exclaimed, finally sitting up after being woken up by her Best friend. "Lu, you have to check up on Adrien or something. He hasn't replied to any of my calls nor texts. He went home early yesterday as well, about 30 minutes after you left. I tried to drop by at his place, but he wouldn't answer the door, I assumed that he was home cause his car's parked in front of his house, but he just wouldn't answer the door. I'm really worried" Kelly explained, catching her breath. What? What the hell are you doing Adrien. Luna admits to herself that she's worried as well. "I'll just take a shower, then I'll go see him" Luna said as she stands up to take a shower. Kelly just nodded and left her room.

Once Luna was done showering and changing into casual clothes, letting her hair fall effortlessly and not putting on make-up, she took one of her cars and went to Adrien's place. When she arrived in front of his house, she parked he car behind his. she went out of her car and walked towards his front door. She knocked three times, but nobody answered. Luna heaved a worried sigh and knocked again. "Adrien? It's Luna. I know that you're in there" Luna says as she knocked. After a few moments, she heard ruffling noises inside his house. Adrien opened the door, but not fully. "is Kelly with you?" he asked in a low and quiet voice. "No, I'm alone" Luna answered. Adrien fully opened the door and lowered his head. He felt embarrassed and anxious. Luna observed him. He was still wearing his clothes from yesterday and his eyes were red. It also seems like he hasn't slept yet. "What's happening to you?" Luna asked, worry and anger taking over her. Instead of talking, Adrien stepped aside, signaling Luna to come in, and she did. She went in and stood still on her spot, waiting for Adrien speak. "so? What the hell is happening to you?" she asked again but raising her voice a little since she's starting to feel frustrated. "It's embarrassing, really" Adrien said, he still couldn't look at Luna straight. "Explain. Now." Luna demanded. "I felt anxious, okay? You were giving me the cold shoulder yesterday and I felt like I did something wrong. I don't want to make you feel uncomfortable nor hurt, or anything at all. I thought that I ruined our friendship when I confessed to you. I just couldn't face you. Assuming that you'll attend your daily training, I decided to not go and just stay at home until I feel better. I know I shouldn't feel like this. I know that you don't feel the same and I should respect and accept that. But i-" Adrien explained, but got cut off by Luna. "Okay fine, I'll admit. I love you Adrien, I fucking love you. I just couldn't push myself to be committed, to be in a relationship. You know what I've gone through, you know how afraid I can be. But putting that aside, you made me worried sick. Kelly barges in my room, telling me that you wont answer any of her calls and texts. Telling me that you wouldn't answer the door when she was knocking. For fuck sake, you made me panic! What the hell were you thinking?! If you were feeling down or you feel like you're not yourself, you should tell us. What if something happens to you? And none of us has any idea what happened. I don't have an idea what happened to you. You can't just mess me up by treating me like a damn queen the other day, then suddenly disappearing after. I wasn't giving you the cold shoulder. I was thinking Adrien. I was deciding whether to let my heart be free again and give you a chance or to just shut myself down again and keep my heart to myself" Luna couldn't finish her sentence anymore. She's the one crying now. She lowered her head and sobbed. "I fucking love you too much Adrien, I just don't know how to express it" she said before covering her face as she sobs. Adrien ran up to her and hugged her figure. "Trust me Luna. Please" he begged. "I'll take care of you. Love you more than anything. Just let me, please" he added after he cupped Luna's face. Luna uncovered her face and looked at him in the eye. "the promise me you'll never, in a million years, hurt me, nor turn your back on me" she said, practically begging. "I will never, no matter what" Adrien says as he closed his eyes to kiss Luna's forehead. Luna held his hand that was still cupping her face and spoke. "Fix your goddamn self and come with me" she says, earning a chuckle from him. "alright, just wait here and make yourself comfortable. I'll take a shower upstairs" Adrien said before letting go of Luna and went upstairs. Luna went to his kitchen and made some coffee for the two of them.

After some time, Adrien went downstairs to see Luna casually drinking her coffee while scrolling through her phone. "babe" Adrien called out, wondering if Luna will look, and she did. Luna blushed when she realized that she immediately looked when he called her "babe". "don't be a tease. I made you coffee" she said as she looked back at her phone, still blushing. Adrien chuckled and walked towards her. He picked up his cup of coffee that was on the table and took a sip. "so, where are we going?" he asked after putting down his mug. "first, you need to call Ace and ask him if you can skip today's training. If he says yes, we'll drop by a convenience store and buy some snacks and drinks. Then, we'll go to my place and have a movie marathon. I have a day off today, considering what just happened earlier, I think I'd like to spend my day off with you" she explained, trying to calm her rapidly beating heart. "Okay, first, I have never seen you soft side until now, second, how the hell did you get a day off, Ace never gave us day offs. Lastly, your soft side is fucking cute" Adrien exclaimed and pinched Luna's cheeks. Adrien expected Luna to slap his hands off since he knows that she doesn't like it when someone touched her face. but surprisingly, she just chuckled and placed her hand on his that was cupping her face. "Finish your coffee and call Ace. The earlier we are, the more movies we can watch. Also, my soft side is for your eyes only. If you ever expose me, you're dead" she said as she looked at him. Adrien just smiled and kissed her forehead. He felt happy, knowing that Luna trusts him. He lets go of her face and picked up his mug to finish his coffee.

"hey Ace. Can I skip today's training?" Adrien asked Ace on the other line. "well, Luna asked me if I can hang out with her since its her day off" he said when Ace asked him why. Luna sent Adrien a death glare, not expecting him to expose her. "Really? Thanks Ace!" he exclaimed and hung up. "I can skip today's training" he told Luna as he tucked in his phone in his pocket. Luna glared at him and crossed her arms. "what?" he asked. "I told you not to expose me. Ace knows it's rare that I invite someone to hang out" Luna explains, "I'm sorry. It won't happen again" Adrien apologizes. Luna just hummed and grabbed his hand. She dragged him towards her car and told him to hop in the passenger's seat. He did as he was told. Luna sat on the driver's seat and started to drive.

They went to a nearby convenience store and went in. They took their separate ways since Luna told Adrien to look for some drinks and she'll look for some snacks. Luna was looking through an aisle when someone bumped into her. "Oh my God, I am so sorry ma'am" the person apologized. Luna looked at the persona and recognized her. "Laura?" she asked. Laura widened her eyes as she just realized that the person she bumped into was Luna. "Lu-" Luna covered her mouth before she can say her real name out loud. "shhh, don't say my actual name in public, call me Christine when we're in public, okay?" Luna said, still covering Laura's mouth. Laura nodded and Luna lets go. "isn't your place far from here?" Luna asked. "well, I had too much to think, so I wanted to go somewhere far from my place too clear my head" Laura explained, lowering her head. "and you're alone?" Luna added, and Laura nodded. "well, take care kid" Luna said as she ruffled her har and continued looking for some snacks.

After a few minutes, Adrien and Luna found and bought what they needed and headed to Luna's place. When they arrived, Adrien carried all the plastic bags with their food and followed Luna as she walked ahead of him. "just place them on the table in the living room, I'll just change my clothes into something more comfortable and get some pillows and a blanket" Luna said as she walked upstairs to her room. Adrien followed what Luna instructed and sat on the couch after. Luna walked downstairs with pillows and a blanket in her arms and walked towards the couch where Adrien is seated. Adrien helped her and took some of the pillows to place it on the couch. "I already picked out some movies while you were upstairs" he said as they both sat down. "alright" she responded and snuggled up to Adrien. Adrien smiled brightly and grabbed the remote for the T.V to start the movie.
