Hello fellow readers!

I've got nothing new to say on this chapter so without further ado, let's get into the world of Jubilife City's School of the Arts!

Dialogue is in bold.

.....

May's Point of View:

I couldn't believe Drew was acting like this right now. Not talking to me just for making a new friend. AND ON OUR FIRST DAY! Doesn't he know how much I count on him? I don't know if I can make it through a whole day with him mad at me.

I stomped out of the classroom without paying any attention to where I was going and walked head first into Brendan and fell back on my butt....or I would have if a pair of arms hadn't wrapped around me and caught me inches from the floor.

"Woah! Careful there speedy!" Brendan chuckled as he set me back on my feet with a smile.

"Oh thanks Brendan. Sorry, I wasn't watching where I was going.." I said with a sigh.

"Hey what happened? Five minutes ago you were cheery and happy!" Brendan exclaimed with a concerned face and wrapped his arm around my shoulders.

"Its nothing.. Drew's mad at me for NO reason. He's upset that I'm friends with you, and he has no right to be. It'll be fine once we talk it over, but I don't want to talk to him when he's acting like this." I replied with a slight scowl on my face.

"Oh May, I'm sorry. I can back off and we can just be partners and then you can have nothing to do with me anymore if that's what will make you happy." Brendan said while rubbing my arm and had a frown on his face and his eyebrows knitted together.

"What?!?! NO! Of course I don't want that! I wouldn't dump a new friend just because Drew wants to act like this! He'll come around! Now let's go to class!" I said while hitching a smile back on my face.

"Well alright! It's up on the second floor! Let's go! You'll love our teacher, he's a true musical instrument prodigy." Brendan said while leading me up the stairs and into classroom 221.

I entered the classroom and looked around and saw only about 6 other students in the class and a piano for each of us. I recognized a couple girls, Crystal and Serena, from my first class and that Ursula girl as well. I looked over in the corner and saw...

"Paul?? What are you doing in here? I thought you were in Class Piano III?" I asked Paul as I approached his piano.

"Hey May. They grouped Classes I, II, and III together this year. There was a low turn-out for Piano this year. Guitar, Violin, and Percussion are all the rage this year. Our teacher likes to use Class III to assist with the lower levels since there are only two of us. The other Class III student is that girl there. Her name is Jasmine. Then Crystal, Ursula, and Wally are Class II and the other student, Serena, is Class I with you and Brendan." Paul explained to me as he pointed out each student.

"Oh okay, I got you! Thanks for explaining it for me Paul!" I replied.

"Yeah, no problem." He said as he turned back to his piano and began practicing scales.

"Well shall we find a seat May? There's two pianos left in the corner there." Brendan pointed out to me.

"Yes, those look good! Let's go!" I said as I skipped over to my seat.

"Hello students! I understand we have a new student joining us today. Would you please stand up and introduce yourself?" Our teacher greeted as he walked in and set his briefcase at his desk.
