Chapter 8: Help

Ladybug arrived at the Bourgeois hotel and everyone had evacuated. It was really quiet,
Almost too quiet. She pulled her yo-yo and was ready to fight. She started to search the area from top to bottom,nothing. She used the stairs to go to the second floor where the rooms were. It was also the floor that had Chloe's room.

She checked all the rooms from top to bottom but nothing was found. Until she noticed a purple vine across the hallway. She followed where it came from and it was from Chloe's room. She kicked the door and investigated. The curtains were ripped and it was really dark. Her bedroom was a mess, there was purple vines everywhere. It looked like her father turned her room into a shrine or something.

Not to mention the vines were coming from under her bed. Did mayor bourgeois noticed this before? She flipped the bed over and was shocked to find Chloé laying there lifeless. I almost vomited and covered my mouth from the body. "She's been missing for a whole month and she was just here!"I thought. "Where is that stupid cat?"I murmured "he needs to know this".I pulled out my yo-yo and texted him.

"Hey bugaboo," a voice behind me spoke. I turned around to look and there was chat noir standing there. Just smiling. Weird, I thought and walked to him closer. As every step I took...he looked different as I expected. Did he have a new haircut? No. I curiously looked at his eyes. A reflection popped up behind me I turned around and suddenly felt a hard kick on my stomach.

"I tricked you." Vilanna laughed.

Realization popped up on my head.

"IT WAS AN ILLUSION!"I shouted furiously. "WHAT DO YOU WANT VILANNA?" I shouted.

"IM NOT VILLANA ANYMORE! I AM.....PURPLE PAPILLON!"She shouted as she turned into another creature.

Her look turned different again. She now wore a purple dress and dark and light violet touches. Her hair floated in the air. Her eyes now had a white flash to it. Her skin turned purple with violet streaks rising from her arms. She had two violet horns on her head, And her black smoke was gone. It was replaced by big fluttering wings, almost the size of a large teddy bear. She almost freaked out because she now had 6 arms instead of 2. Her cheeks also had a white butterfly emblem.

I had no idea where her akuma might be. So I took my yo-yo and swung it at her.
She completely dodged it and shoot out purple webs from her hands. I got stuck to the wall. I tried to get out but it was like super glue, the web started to push me deeper on the wall and it hurts. She pushed my stomach which caused me to breath harder, she was suffocating me.

"WHERE IS THAT STUPID CAT?!"I screamed to my self.

"What do you want!" I shouted.

You know what I want. She smiled at me and I heard a mumbling voice behind her.
She used her web to open a cabinet behind her. In it was chat noir.

"Chaton!" I shouted, his mouth was covered in her purple web goo and his body was covered in her web. He saw how terrified I was.

A tear dropped off my eye and fell onto my cheek. The pain was so painful.

"I can hear your heartbeat", she whispered.

"STOP! PLEASE!."I cried

To my surprise, she now had a surprised look on her face and was now loosening her grip from the web. She looked at me surprisingly and I just cried. The pain was too much to handle.

She screamed as she got hit at the back by chatnoir. She flew at him but Chatnoir dodged her and she got hit in the face by his baton. A small chuckle escaped his mouth.

"Something is going on....and your in it." She said and pointed to me and chat and disappeared leaving a pile of purple leaves on the floor.

I stumbled to my knees and chat caught me.

"There there bugaboo...." he whispered as I catch my breath. I wiped my tears and stood up. "H..how?" I asked him. "Shh"He said as he put his index finger on my lips. I hugged him tight and kissed him on the lips.

"Stupid cat" I whispered.

"Oh my, mlady..." he said as he stood up and looked at me. "What's wrong chaton?" I asked as he helped me to stand up.

"Y..you're gorgeous" he blushed. I didn't even noticed his attire when he said it.

"Woah" I said as I looked at him. He put his hand on my cheek and kissed my forehead.

"Why didn't you showed up?" He whispered.

"It's..just.." as I continued I almost vomited when I looked around and I immediately saw the body of...Chloé.

Chatnoir laughed as he told me that it was an illusion. My head was spinning.

"What?...h..how?" I asked.

"I think she has the power of illusion" as he touched his chin. It sounded...familiar I thought. And a sight of relief I had when it was false that chloé was dead. It was also weird that,why did she make an illusion of Chloé like that? And mostly....what did she meant by something was going on and we were in it? My head was spinning.

Chaton grabbed me from the waist and pulled me close so we could soar with his baton.

"C'mon," he said. "You need to rest." As we left the hotel. We soared through the buildings as the people watched us. He left me on the street to go home, and gave me a goodbye kiss on the forehead. "See you soon mlady" as he jumped and left.

A/N: woopsie, sorry if this was so short. I didn't post this yesterday cuz I was too lazy asf. And sorry for the name😂 "purple papillon" I hadn't thought of any names for her so I just used that. And I also added quote signs for you guys to read their voice acting better. Also,I just had 70 people read this and I am so happy.
