Chapter 21: Heartbreak

--MARINETTE—

"Shh" I whispered as he layed me on my bed. He made sure to sneak me in quietly making sure my parents wouldn't notice. "I have to go princess" he smiled and walked back to my trapdoor.

"Wait-" I gasped as I pulled his tail. He looked quite confused on my actions and so I pouted. "What's wrong?" He's cat ears began to move into a lower direction.

"Thankyou for Everything" I smiled and cupped his face. He seemed quite confused to my actions and so I....

I closed my eyes as tears struck on my cheeks. His lips were warm and soft and his moans were so precious. He kissed me back gently until I stumbled on bed. We kissed passionately until He stopped when he heard my quiet whimpers.

He opened his eyes to find me tearing up. "W..what's wrong?" He asked until he cupped my face and stuck his forehead to mine.

"I-I'm Sorry" I cried.

"What?..F..for..what?" He looked at me concernedly.

"For this" I breathed and pushed him off my bed until the ceiling trap door.

"What are you doing?" He gasped as I shoved him outside my door and locked it.

"GO AWAY!" I shouted.

"W..why?" He Exclaimed with his concerned voice.

"I..I'm sorry" I collapsed on the floor while I held my knees together and cried.

"Please Marinette, Please Dont shout me out again" he cried. "Please don't slam the door!, you don't have to keep your secrets anymore!" He Exclaimed.

"I DONT LOVE YOU" I shouted. "I NEVER DID!, YOU WERE JUST SOME DUMB CAT THAT MADE ME LIKE THIS!" I shouted even more. My heart began to shatter and all I have was his last words.

"WELL FINE!"

Those were the last words I heard from her after 2 weeks. I didn't bother to come anymore since she hated me. She didn't come to school for the past 2 weeks and to be honest.

I lost interest.

"I DONT LOVE YOU!" The words that hit me like a knife would always come back. Every passing day.

"Why did I even save her?" I murmured.

"Because you love her"

I looked at the black kwami next to me eating his delicious cheese. It was a complete shock that plagg told me that. But on the other side...

I wasn't really amused.

"Sure I do but....she doesn't love me back" I sighed, almost tears In my eyes.

"Then why'd she kiss you?" Plagg responded. Has response gave me a quick flashback on what she said.

"YOU WERE JUST SOME DUMB CAT THAT MADE ME LIKE THIS!"

I Thought of the word she used. "That made me like this" I thought of it again. "What does she meant by that?" I put a finger in my chin.

"All I did was to protect her, and she wasn't even great full for it" I sighed.
