Chapter 12: News

"Let the games begin!" As the coach shouted.

Lila and Kim's teammates grabbed a ball and threw it to eachother. While Marinette just stood there standing like an idiot until she felt a hand on her shoulder. "Come on Marinette" Rose smiled as she held a ball to Marinette. "We won't let them win,right?" She winked and continued to play.

"Shit" Marinette whispered under her breath. Everybody was throwing balls at eachother like maniacs. Marinette couldn't get out that the fact that she might get hit hard somewhere on her body that it will hurt the unborn child. Marinette felt her stomach spinning and that she needed to go to the bathroom.

She dropped her ball and ran slowly to the bathroom. "Marinette Watch out!" A male voice shouted behind her. As soon as she turned around it was to late. She was hit on her stomach and was already laying on the ground whimpering in pain. Everybody gasped at the incident and alya quickly helped her pregnant friend up.

"Are you okay Marinette?" Adrien asked her as she held her hand. Marinette didn't reply,she just held her stomach tightly as if she was protecting her unborn child. Alya glared at lila, "WHAT THE HELL LILA?!" She shouted as she stomped her way to Lila wanting to punch her in the face.

Lila shivered and tears began to fall on her cheeks. She collapsed on her feet and cried. "Ouch!" She cried helplessly. Everybody drew her attention to her and helped her. "Whats wrong Lila?" Adrien asked her. "M..my foot...hurts" she cried assuming to get help. "Somebody get her to the clinic" Sir Justin said as he pointed to Kim.

"You" he pointed. Carry her to the clinic. "M..me?" Kim stammered. "N..no..." Lila continued. "Can adrien be the o..one to...c..carry me?" She said. A slight grin on her face but no one can tell if it was a grin or just her smiling at adrien. Any who- adrien proceeded to carry Lila bridal style in the clinic.

"IS NO ONE GOING TO HELP HER?!" Alya shouted as she pointed to Marinette who was really the only one who was hurt. Lila did threw the ball to her and seeing the attention she got she noticed that alya saw what she had done so she faked her sadness and pain on her foot and just wanted some attention. Especially from adrien.

"Just bring her to the restroom or something" The coach replied basically not caring about Marinette. Marinette felt her stomach spinning and was feeling a little light headed. She stood up and ran as fast as she can to the restroom,locked the door and spilled all her breakfast earlier morning.

She washed her mouth and sat on the floor, her back leaning on the wall. She held her stomach and cried,Hoping that she was with chatnoir and just snuggling on his chest while tears streaming down her cheeks. She truly loved her child and wanted to keep it but she needed her future.

She truly cared about her child. Perhaps abortion isn't the best answer. She worried about her child that it will cause some complications because of the hit. She just wished that chat was here and he could understand her. Tikki flew out of her purse. "Oh tikki" Marinette sobbed.

Tikki didn't say anything, she just hugged her cheek and gave her the tiniest kiss.
She sat there for about 10 minutes when she heard a knock on the door. "Go away alya" she replied. "Can we please come in?" Alya blurted. "We?" Marinette thought. She stood up and opened the door. All of her friends are here.

"Oh girl-" alya whispered as she gave her a big hug and marinettes eyes started to tear up again. The group gave Marinette a big hug and it lasted for about 2minutes until she finally wiped her tears. "You look horrible" alix sighed. Marinette giggled as her friend cheered her up.

"Why are you crying?" Myleńe asked her. Marinette didn't respond. "Is there something wrong?" Rose asked her. Marinette still didn't respond,she just sniffed. Alya rested her hand on marinettes shoulder. "You can tell them" she nervously smiled. Marinette caught her attention and quickly took a step back. "I c..can't" she whispered.

"What are you going to tell us?" Juleka asked her. Marinette looked at alya, "you can trust them" she smiled. Marinette inhaled. "If I tell you the truth,will you still be friends with me?" She exhaled sharply. "Are you kidding? No matter what it is, we will still be friends" the girls said in a cheerful voice.

Marinette inhaled. "I...Im..pregnant" she blurted out. The room was completely silent for about 5 seconds until rose and the other girls squealed. "EEEEEKKK!!!!!" The girls shouted. "OMYGOSHYOURPREGNANTOFCOURSEOMGHOWFARAREYOU?AREYOUOKAY?OMYGOSHLILAHITYOUIMGONNAKILLTHATBITC-" "calm down...I could only answer questions one by one.." she slightly smiled.

"How far are you?" Rose squealed.

"3 months" Marinette smiled as she rubbed her stomach.

"How do you feel?" Alix asked.

"Ugh. Terrible" Marinette sighed.

"WHOS THE FATHER?!" Everybody shouted.

"Well...umm..you see I-" BOOM a large sound was heard outside the school building.

"AHHHHH!!!! AN AKUMAAAA!!!" Screaming of citizens were heard outside.

"We have to protect her!" Rose squealed as she pointed to Marinette.

"Sorry guys but I have to record this, I'll be right back!" Alya shouted as she ran outside the school building. The girls grabbed Marinette and hid her inside the library. "Stay here" the girls said as they went to look at the scene on the window.

"This is my chance!" Marinette whispered to herself.

"TIKKI, SPOTS ON!"
