I stirred slightly and yawned before opening my eyes. The first thing I noticed was a very tanned, muscular body snoring lightly beside me. Tanners hands were wrapped around my waist, my face tucked into his chest. I smiled at the thought of our first night together. It was perfect.
We made love again several times throughout the night and each time he brought me over the edge. Internally scanning myself without waking him up, I realised I was a bit stiff and sore, between my legs especially.
I detached his arms from around me and snuck out of the room. Walking into the bathroom I turned the taps on to run the shower. The warmth on my sore muscles felt amazing. Lost in my own thoughts, I didn't even notice the body slipping in behind me before a warm set of hands were on my shoulders, massaging them deeply, removing some of the tension they held.
Turning around, I faced Tanner who bent down to kiss me. His hands moving from my shoulders into my hair, deepening the kiss. He leant back and smirked at me.
"Good morning cariño" he murmured, his thumb gently caressing my cheek. Heat rushed to my core as I blushed.
"Good morning yourself" I replied. We washed each other in a peaceful silence before getting out and drying off. Tanner turned to me and asked me if I was ready for the presentation today.
"I can't wait to show them our portfolio, I've made sure to cover every aspect of their wants and needs. I'm sure we can get them over the line today" I replied with certainty.
"I love you and I know you're going to be amazing" Tanner kissed me before heading back to the house to dress for the presentation.
I settled on wearing a black jacket with a light blue cotton button up shirt, and a pair of black high waisted pants. I pulled my curls up into a high ponytail and put on my makeup. Satisfied with my look, I headed off into the house.
As I got closer to the kitchen, I could hear voices shouting in Spanish from inside. As I entered the side door into the living room, Tanner was there, his back faced me and he was speaking to someone in front of him.
As I got up closer, I noticed it was not his mother, but a young, thin, beautiful woman with flowing black locks and dark olive skin. She had bright brown eyes that were currently being glared in his direction,
"Is everything okay here?" I asked as both pairs of eyes snapped over to me. The woman looked me up and down before turning back to Tanner.
"This is the woman you've been with? Esta puta fea? [this ugly whore?]" She seethed.
Confusion registered in my brain and I looked to Tanner who had his jaw tensed and was glaring back at the woman in front of him.
He stepped forward, his voice deadly as he spat back at her "Nunca vuelvas a hablar asi de Ella [dont ever speak about her like that again]".
"I'm sorry, I don't think we've been properly introduced" I said, "I'm Luna, Tanners girlfriend. Who might you be?" I asked her. She turned in my direction and her stare was lethal.
"I'm Angelina Black, Tanners wife" she spat out.
