Should. Not. Have. Caked.
I was up way too late fighting the mixer. The touchy bitch. I did finally get the cake made and cooled.. before devouring half of it.
What? I was hungry! I deserved it after working out and sacrificing my last piece to Olivia, okay?! Or so I tried to convince myself.
My morning was already off to a bad start. As if waking up after three hours of sleep to Olivia's obnoxious alarm wasn't torture enough, she had four more go off about every fifteen minutes since then. Overkill much? When the sixth alarm finally stopped its insistent shrilling, I let out a loud groan and threw the pillow I had been using to cover my head across the room at my relatively thin wall.
"Seriously, Olivia? That is the sixth alarm you've had go off this morning. Are you getting up or not?!"
Some shuffling noises came from her room, followed by a loud bang and a couple of muffled curses, "Sorry Kat! 20 more minutes, promise! I am nooot feelin' it today. Is it Friday yet?"
I rolled my eyes, "You're not feelin' it any day, Liv, and it's Tuesday!" Hearing some more muffled curses coming from her room, I chuckled to myself. Typical.
"Don't you have somewhere to be that doesn't include bothering me?" she yelled back after the noise in her room had died down.
Rolling over, I saw my alarm clock flashing at me.
Gavno. I do have somewhere I was supposed to be about two minutes ago. (shit)
I must have slept through my alarm. "Sorry, Liv, one of those million alarms was me," I apologize internally.
Springing out of bed, I sprinted to the shower. I could not be late. I mean, technically I already was, but I wasn't really late late yet. Silvestr said he had some big news for me today and he did not appreciate tardiness. Actually, there were a lot of things he did not appreciate, but tardiness was at the top of that list. Right along with me giving him sass. What can I say? I'm fluent in sarcasm. It's a gift really.
I showered as fast as I could, not even bothering to wait for the water to get warm. I'll have time to be warm when I'm in hell and I don't plan on going today. Sorry, Lucifer.
I'm not sure if I'll be in the mood to workout after Silvestr's news, but I still have two clients coming in for personal training this afternoon. I need to be able to move around comfortably. Taking a second to scan my closet, I throw on a matching sports bra and legging set paired with a baggy top to keep me warm. I try to slip on my shoes without untying them, which doesn't save any time as I end up hopping around my room on one foot trying to tug each of them on. (outfit inspo below)
Pulling my damp hair up into a high messy bun, I raced down the stairs to eat a quick breakfast. By breakfast, I mean another piece of cake. Now I really do need to work out today.
