Prologue

"Is that darn thing on or not? I'm not in the mood to be standing up alot unless I'm making my friends to dumb shit for money." Ryuzaki said, tossing a microphone from one hand to another. He stood between a green wall and a bunch of recording cameras. Behind the cameras were his most known employees: Inu, Maverick and Mina.

"You can get back to being Mr. Ryuzubeast once we get this damn thing working." Inu snapped back, smacking the top part of his camera. "Damn thing won't turn on!"

"That's it! Iku, you're back to Chandler status! Also that's what you say whenever Riku comes home so ah, get roasted, Iqu!"

"Oh you bast-"

"It's working! They're on!" Maverick exclaimed, ending the conflict between the two.

"About time. Let's get this broadcast on the road." Ryuzaki said, leaning his neck to the left until it cracked. "Much better."

"Going live in three! Two! One! We're live!" Mina announced.

Ryuzaki started by grinning. "You guys remember when I made an already very advanced fighting system and then slapped it into a tournament where a bunch of teenagers played card games? Well I'm doing that again but much better this time!"

'I'm pretty sure that isn't what was writen in the script...' Mina sweatdropped.

"But don't get too excited, I haven't explained anything yet. You can get super excited after that. So, what system are we talking? Basically putting it, the only thing that can come after this is you actually becoming the units, not through technology, but through some scientific or magic mean but we sure know that won't happen. The ultimate Vanguard system, the Real Image Vanguard System, the RIVS if you prefer. A system that grabs what we currently have on cardfighting and doubles it tenfold. But ladies and gentleblyats, you aren't here for that. You aren't here for the basic information. You're here because you want to see it in action. You want to see the units fight before your very own eyes in a much more expanded way. Worry not, you will. A few days ago, a friend came to me. He asked if he could use one of my lower stadiums for a thing with his friends. Everyone these days knows what a Vanguard Royalty is. Almost every school has one. A group of final people, each one carrying an important title. There is an Ace, a Joker, a Jack, a Queen and a King to lead them all. My friend is a King and he was challenged by one Royalty. This wasn't your normal Royalty, it was a Royalty where their highest autorithy is no dumb King, it's a fierce Queen! And what happened next? Two more Kings joined in the fun! All craving that sweet, sweet glory. So I promised my friend that I wouldn't take it out of porportion. Well, promises aren't my greatest gift so I'm taking it out of all the porportions you can imagine! Sorta! Right now, the finest men on the business of construction are making a stadium, the first stadium to have the RIVS implemented into it! In this stadium, four monarchs will come together and brawl for a title only one of them can handle! there are many Royalties in the capital of our country Japan, but only one of them will have a leader that will be Tokyo's Finest! These are the four Royalties who's leaders will be fighting to be Tokyo's Finest!"

"The first challenger! By far, the most uncommon of all the Royalties that I will be mentioning! Not only it is the Royalty of an university, but their leader is not only the Queen and is in her second year of high school, but three of her members are in their third year of high school, one of which is a national champion, and the only member who's age actually makes sense is a national runner-up! I'm talking of course about Fukushima University's Royalty, who consists of Izuku Akira, Han Kaminari, the national runner-up Bruno Ghirga, the national champion Emon Kiba, and the fierce female fighter Homura Saki, as their Queen and leader!"

The orange haired female slammed her closed fist on the wooden table in front of her, grinning as she looked down. "It's finally time...!"
