"They took the full prize on Star Gate, they took the full prize plus the secret prize at the Dragon Empire because someone didn't told Sakate to shut up louder." Maverick said, looking at Inu from the corner of his eye.

"It isn't my fault he's so stubborn! It wasn't even my idea to make him the special guest, much less make me the host! Man, I wasted time I could have spent with Riku..." Inu sighed, placing his head on the desk. "This sucks..."

"Indeed. Sucking is something that truly sucks. My granny used to say so." Maverick nodded. "They got the runner-up prize at the Magallanica one because a team though about going Rent-a-Girlfriend but with a fighter and actually won and then they took the main prize over at the United Sanctuary. They're on the lead, with Ryuuga's little bro's team behind them in a small gap. I'm surprised the two kids got this far."

"Because someone- Ryuzaki- Said it was cool for the team we hired to promote the event to join in with their friends or family." Inu explained. "A true pro gamer move, Ryuzaki."

"I was going to give you the company whenever Ryuuga got married but okay, I'll stay and continue making questionable marketing choices." Ryuzaki replied, leaning back on his chair. "But that's besides the point! Do you two know what today is?!"

"Friday?" Maverick asked.

"The friday when the tonkatsu pork is half off on that place nearby?"

"Leg day?"

"Call Inu by his actual name day?"

"Is it wife appreciation day? Oh crap, I haven't appreciated my wife today!"

"What the- Why would it be wife appreciation day?!"

"For the same reason it'd be call you by your actual name day!"

"But it should be, every day of the year should be call me by my actual name day because you're not supposed to get my name wrong! It's Inu, I-N-U, three letters, it's not hard to get wrong!"

"That's a bunch of bullcrap and you know it, Inu!"

"The hell it is- Oh wait, you actually right. Wait, YOU WERE GOING TO GIVE ME THE COMPANY?!" Inu asked, looking at Ryuzaki with a shocked look.

"I'll do it the day Kinoku Nasu stops shitting out a new Saber every damn update. I'm rich but there's an amount of money I can waste to roll for Raikou and other waifus of other gacha games before Payic takes noti- THAT'S NOT THE POINT HERE, YOU IDIOTS!" Ryuzaki yelled, slamming his hands down on his desk. "Today... Is the hundredth chapter!"

"Hundredth chapter of what? The shogi manga is still at chapter eighty." Maverick said.

"It's actually seventy nine, it's your fault by reading the scans ahead of time. Chapter eighty comes out next week alongside volume fourteen." Inu explained.

"Oh, thanks dude! I almost forgot to add it to my shopping list!"

"THAT'S NOT THE POINT- Actually add one extra for me, I'll pay you later. Kaido got me into the series and I gotta say, it's not that bad- BUT THAT'S NOT THE POINT! A hundred chapters ago, Ryuuga entered Heiwa for the first time and his story began! This calls for a celebration made by the best mentor ever!"

"Wouldn't the day he accepted your offer be the start of his story though?" Maverick asked.

"That's a good point but no, that's technically a prologue. Either way, today we're celebrating boys! No one's going to work on this dumb company today, we have a big ass cool looking fight with good OSTs to set up!"

"Do we get paid?" Inu asked with his hand in the air.

"You get three month's worth of pay today."
