In this brief segment of the opening, some characters appear back to back, then are replaced by others. First is Ryuuga and Hikaru, then Kaido and Chisaki, Masato and Ryuzaki and then Gin and Sakuya.

The title of the book appears in the sky, followed with "-Final Volume-" under it.
Kimi wa iji waru na tōriame
Itazura ni yasashiku nante shinaide
The old Ryuuga from Spiral Terra is seen standing in front of the gates of Heiwa, and soon is tackled by Hikaru. As the two get up, Fujiko and Emon appear, followed by Kaminari, then Aijou, then Taira and Hisano, then Akira and then finally Ichigo.
Mune no oku no oku ni saita hana
The Ryuuga from Act III of Spiral Terra enters Card Shop Hage, followed by Strelzia, Kaido, Sakate, Emma, Masato, Yuri, Renji and Bruno. While that happens, from the tables in the store, Kamishiro, Ryuzaki, Maverick, Inu, Payic, Mina and Yuichiro watch.
Mune no oku no oku ni saita hana
Sore wa koi to yū namae no hinshu desu
On the rooftop of Heiwa Academy, Joe puts his arm around Ryuuga's shoulder and points at the sky, with Abbacchio, Aijou and Fujiko there present. As the image zooms out, more characters start appearing, those being Homura, Kanao, Tenma, Tomoko, Gin and then the rest of the Incomplete Arcana.

Sukoshi no doku ga aru koto
Like at the beginning of the opening, another slideshow of images appears. It starts with Ryuuga and Joe watching Kaido and Emma from the door of their apartment, Ryuuga and Kaido leaving the Boarguard, Masato tasering Kaminari, Hanae and Homura setting down food for the members of Hanabi on Cafe Arsene and then Hanae looking down on the physically defeated team with her cold stare while Homura sighs. The final two images are the team leaving their office and then arriving at the stadium near the docks.
Kimi ga inakucha karete shimau koto
Sore dake wakatteru n da
During the sunset, Ryuuga walks up to an empty bridge on the city alone. From the staircase on the other side of the bridge comes Izuru, who sighs when seeing his brother. The two walk towards each other and reach up, slamming their hands against each other.
On the second verse, instead of walking past Izuru, Ryuuga always past teenager Izuru, who is walking with Tate and Hanagata, from the post credit scene of chapter #41.
Patto hiraita ah kono furawaa
Donna zukan ni mono tte nai ya
In the middle of a forest, Ryuuga and Kaido watch as two high school girls help their friend, a girl with dark purple hair and with bandages around her left ankle, walk away while Masato walks into some bushes. The two look back at Gin, who looks down on a branch that turns out to be a snake. They run away and get joined by Masato later down the line.
Sekai hatsu no dai hakken dakara kimi ni misetakute
The four rum into the office and slam the door shut. The opening zooms in on Ryuuga and Kaido, who grin malicious and suddenly begin cosplaying as Stunk from Interspecies Reviewers and Subaru from Re:Zero. The same happens to Masato and Gin, who instead cosplay as Naofumi from Shield Hero and Kazuma from Konosuba.
Na no ni marude kyoumi nai mitai sa
Back on their normal clothes, the grins of the four are broken apart as a stone tower rises from behind them, with Hikaru, Ryuzaki, Sakuya and Chisaki standing on top of it. Attached to the tower are screens playing the start of the opening and speakers. Ryuuga shivers upon hearing the song and begins running away, barelly dodging a falling bench.
Nokku shitemo irusu tsukatte
Rokku shita mama no kimi no tobira
Homura, on her casual clothes, stands in front of Heiwa.
At the start of the second verse, she takes a step forward into the school and her clothes change into her own version of the uniform, that being a black skirt that reaches her ankles, knee-high boots and a sleeveless shirt with the top button undone due to the shirt being too small for her.
Sore na no ni nikumenai ya kore dakara fushigi da
At the end of the day, the Heiwa Academy student council leaves the school. Joining them is Hanae, Homura, and Masato and Gin, also wearing Heiwa uniforms. Ryuuga and Homura share a glance and grab each other's hand, laughing.
Tsubomi wa ne hora hiraite shimaun da papapa
The setting changes into two large doors at the end of a hallway. In front of the doors are Hikaru, Emon, teenager Izuru, Kaido, Joe, Abbacchio, Masato and Gin, all wearing tuxedos. They look back at the approaching figure and nod.
Mou dou shiyou
They open the doors to reveal rows of benches with members of the cast sitted on them, all looking back.
With a camera shift, it shows Hikaru, Emon, Izuru and Kaido by one door and Joe, Abbacchio, Masato and Gin by the other. Ryuuga walks past them, also wearing a tuxedo and with hus hair back to its usual lenght and tied, but still red.
Tsubomi wa ne hora, hiraite shimaun da papapa
Ryuuga moves to the side and is joined by Homura, on her wedding dress. The two grab each other's hands and begin walking towards the altar, followed by Izuru and Kanao, Hikaru and Strelzia, Emon and Aijou, Kaido and Emma, Joe and Yuri, Abbacchio and Mina, Masato and Hanae and Gin and Fujiko. All the mentioned ladies are in white dresses.
Now at the altar, Ryuzaki, dressed as a priest, looks at the two with a proud dad smile and closes the volume of the shogi manga he was using instead of a bible.
The final opening of the Spiral Series ends with the happily wedded Ryuuga and Homura sharing their first kiss as husband and wife.
