There sits a growing...
a gnawing ache within,
stealing moments...
the curves of mine silly grin,
then air shrivels thin;those numerous battles which I've won, an insurance towards keeping such heart as one -
Will debilitating war ever be done?
such chatter mind unfathomably creates,
maticulous laughter bilaterally made,
molding colorful scenes of rays,
to dilapidated wrenching displays;
insisting none place exists with refuge,
none healing shall turn from damp walls ruge -
yet...
inconspicuous heart can beat heedlessly rude,
distancing & seeking attention span shrewd,
look again when mine nerves may be in a series of dilapidated mood.
