Zach hugged me.

I was surprised.

I really did not see that coming.

I hug him back.

And I wish that moment could last forever..

But of course it doesn't.

He lets go and looks me in the eye with a smile, "Now let's head to class.. Race ya there!!"

He starts running off and I shout, "WOW YOU BUM!!"

After School - 2:40pm

"I should've kissed her!!" I said, slapping myself.

Tracey's at Track and it was after school, I was in Corbyn's car. Corbyn's driving to Jonah's to work on band stuff.

I had explained what happened with Tracey and I to Corbyn but I didn't tell him Tracey's full story because that'd be invading her privacy.

Then I thought again, "Actually did I do the right thing? Kissing her at that moment might've been a dick move and it might've made me look like a player.."

"Dude chill out. Stop overthinking. You did do the right thing. Take it easy and simple. One by one. That's what I did with Christina. How do you think I won the girl's heart?" Corbyn said.

"You're right. Your the expert at this. After all you got a girl and have been dating for over 3 years.. CORBYN!!" I said, suddenly thinking of something.

"Huh?" He said.

"You're now my official wing man" I said in a confident tone with a smile.

"Okay I guess.." Corbyn said, pulling up into Jonah's driveway.

We arrived at Jonah's and Zach had been talking to me about Tracey.

I can't mention the group chat we all have with Trace and the conversation we had.

C'mon Corbyn, you got this.

I know you're the worst liar this planet has but YOU CAN DO THIS!!

Tracey's Point of View
4:50pm

I was walking to my car with my duffle bag and my phone in my hand.

I was a huge mess, I tossed my bag inside and sat in the driver's seat.

I took off my scrunchie and brushed my hair a bit, then I called Rose.

Didn't really wanna drive yet because my feet hurt so might as well explain to her my chaotic lunch.

She answered, "What's up Trace!"

"Just ended Practice, sitting in the car exhausted. Though I got major tea" I said.

"Spill!!"

I told Rose everything about what happened at lunch with Emmett and Zach.

"Okay, for one, Emmetts an actual ass like seriously I need him to fuck off and if he makes another move I'm throwing high heels. Two, ZACEY WOAH- ahem what Zach did was really sweet like seriously. Think about it Trace" Rose said.

She was right. About everything. We talked for a couple minutes then I hung up because I wanted to drive home and not stay at my high school's parking lot forever.

As I'm driving out, I see Emmett walking with some friends.

I'm at home now, laying in my bed. Mom's cooking dinner and Christina's doing homework.

I'm listening to Tate Mcrae's music. Amelia told me to listen to her songs while we were running at Track today. They're really good, how haven't I heard of them before??

My favorites are One Day, Teenage Mind, Hard to Find, Slower, and In my Dreams.

Wow, I'm actually bored.

Can't call any of the boys because they're working on music.

Can't call Rose, she's out shopping and doesn't wanna be disturbed.

Can't call Amelia, she's at some friend's house.

Wow for once I actually have some alone time and I don't know what to do with it.

Might as well binge watch something..

Monday - 7:17am

I'm walking to homeroom with Rose.

Today's the day we perform in music, lowkey scared.

The weekend went by fast, I had a track meet on Saturday.

I got 2nd place for all 3 of my events, and I texted Zach the whole time.

I've been texting Zach a lot recently.

I was just telling Rose about the Track meet while we were walking to class.

"Tracey!!" I heard Zach yell from behind.

Rose and I turned around and we smiled at him.

"I'll meet you in class Trace, Teacher wants to talk to me early. Probably in trouble again" Rose said running off.

"Good job on your track meet by the way, I knew you'd do great" Zach said blushing, "We're gonna do great on our performance today, I know it!"

"Haha thanks, and same here. All that practicing paid off" I said.

"Could I walk you to class?" Zach asked

"Sure, but you don't gotta ask like a dork" I said, giggling a bit.
