Tracey's Point of View

I fell onto my air mattress and thought about Daniel.

He deserves better than me.

I can't keep rejecting him.

Zach came over to our bed with a big smile.

"Oh no no no" I said.

Daniel was already sleeping peacefully on the couch. He was in his cute little jammys and was hugging a giraffe plushie.

Jack and Rose were already snuggled up in their bed, on their phones.

Corbyn was slouching on the couch texting Christina.

That reminds me, I haven't talked to Chrissy in awhile either.

I'll call her later or something to catch up.

12am

I couldn't exactly fall asleep yet. Jonah was snoring so loud and Zach kept talking to me. I heard Corbyn sleep talking too.

Although, everyone was sound asleep except for Zach and I.

"Psst Trace" Zach annoyingly whispered.

"What the fuck do you want" I said.

"Be quiet!!" He loudly whispered.

"Whatever" I whispered back.

"Let's cuddle" He whispered.

He tried to hug over me

"Nope" I said, rolling away to the farthest side of the bed.

why did I agree to this

9am

"GOOD MORNING DUCKIES IT'S 9AM" Corbyn and Daniel shouted, running around.

I woke up and wiped my eyes open.

I then realized that Zach and I were cuddling.

Oh fuck.

I quickly got up, "Oh fuck!!"

It woke him up and I gave him a mad stare.

"Who said we could cuddle" I said.

"You" He responded.

"What-"

"I'm serious. I didn't fall asleep till 3am because Reese woke me up with a spam of messages saying she couldn't go to sleep. You went to sleep at 1am and at 2am you randomly rolled over and hugged me. I was shocked but I just followed along and so we cuddled for the rest of the night" He explained.

My face turned red as he was explaining.

"Let's just say I miss Mr- I mean I just always hug my pillows when I'm sleeping" I said.

"I'm a pillow now, I guess."

"Get up you lovebirds, I wanna get Ihop. There's free pancakes" Daniel said excitedly.

"Are we gonna wake everyone else up?" I asked.

Corbyn stared at me and I stared back.

We both knew what we were both thinking.

Corbyn and I ran to the kitchen and filled cups with water.

Then ran back to everyone still sleeping.

I splashed it on Rose and Jack first and burst out laughing as they woke up freaking out.

Corbyn did the same to Jonah, meanwhile Daniel and Zach were watching us like little kids.

7pm

Tonight at 10pm, the boys are leaving for tour, Rose and I don't know the next time we'll ever see them besides through a screen.

I smiled at Rose, I knew she was thinking the same thing because she kept looking down.

Then, she left with Jack. They went to go skateboarding some place. Jack better make it special.

Zach and Corbyn were doing who knows what.

But i had a great idea

I went over to the loft where Daniel and Jonah were playing video games.

"I need help" I said.

They didn't look up at me because they were so focused on their game.

I stood in front of their game, still didn't look.

I used a remote and pressed pause.

"HEY!!" They both yelled.

"Finally, as I was saying I need help."

"With what exactly?" Jonah asked.

"I want to write a song" I said.

Their jaws dropped wide open.

"Are you serious" Daniel asked.

"Yes and we better hurry" I said, dragging them into the dining room.

They smiled and followed along.

We were jotting ideas and lyrics on a notebook.

"So, how did this happen again?" Daniel asked.

"Yeah it's.. unexpected" Jonah said.

"It just came to me. Why not try it out? I don't think it'd be a perfect career for me though, more like a hobby" I said.

They looked at me.

I laughed a little, "I can see Sporty Tracey, not Singer Tracey."

8:45pm

We finished making the beat and writing lyrics. All we had to do was record it all.

Zach then came into the room, "Hey guys is Trace busy?"

"Yea she is-"

I smiled, "No I'm not."

Daniel and Jonah both had confused looks.

I turned back to them, "Trust me guys I got it. I could finish the recording tomorrow and everything. Don't worry."

They shrugged and walked off.

"I wanna take you somewhere" Zach said.
