Tracey's Point of View

We were in the middle of the movie. Zach had his arm around me and we were in a position where it looked like we were cuddling

None of us didn't care for some reason, I was focused on the movie. Zach was probably really happy.

"I'm still waiting for Part 2" I said as the movie ended.

We were still in the cuddly position.

I looked at him and he freaked out.

He quickly took his arm around me and I laughed, "You know I didn't mind right."

"Oh really" He said with a smirk.

"Nope" I said and got up from the bed.

I heard the door open downstairs and people talking.

"HOLY SHIT WE'RE BEING ROBBED" I said, quickly running downstairs.

Then I saw it was just Jack, Rose, Corbyn, Jonah, and Daniel.

"Oh it's just you guys" I said, turning around to go back upstairs.

Then I stopped and realized, "HEY WHERE HAVE YOU GUYS BEEN?!"

Zach then came down too and looked at everyone.

Daniel went up to me, "BEST FRIEND I'M SO SORRY!!"

"Explain, now" I said.

"We lied to you guys to actually go to the movies, there was a coupon thing for only 5 people and there was 7 of us" Jack explained, pouring a glass of orange juice.

I went up to him and spilled his orange juice on purpose, "WOW YOU GUYS ARE SO MEANN!"

"It's fine though, because we had our own alone Zacey time" Zach said.

Rose laughed, "Yeah I wanted that too so it was a success."

"Whatever, you guys are lucky that I'm spending the whole weekend with y'all" I said.

"Me too!!" Rose said.

Jack's family was out of town, meaning no one was in the house.

Since Rose and I just came from the Hawaii trip, we have all of our things. So we decided to spend the night here with everyone before they leave and Summer becomes sad.

We were currently getting ready for bed, I was in a baggy hoodie and comfy sleeping shorts.

We set up air mattresses in Jack's huge ass living room, we all wanted to sleep in the same room, even Jack when he had his own room.

I walked back in the living room to hear everyone discussing the air mattresses.

"Okay, we only have a 3 air mattresses so we decided who's sleeping with who. Rose and I in one air mattress, Jonah in his own, and Zach and Tracey in their own" Jack said.

"Wait what hold up, I didn't agree to this" I said.

"Too bad" Zach smiled.

"Ugh, whatever" I said.

"Corbyn and I are sleeping on the couch" Daniel said.

"Wait, why can't I sleep on the couch? Or sleep with Rose? And why does Jonah have his own?!" I said.

"Apparently I snore and move and kick a lot" Jonah said.

"I wanna sleep with Rose" Jack said, and Rose giggled.

"Because you're a lady and you'd fall off the couch" Corbyn said.

"I will not, who said that?" I said.

"Trace, we had a sleepover a couple month ago. Should I remind you what happened?" Rose said.

I shrugged.

"You woke me up at 4am because you fell of your own bed, for some stupid reason you always sleep on the very edge of your bed" Rose said.

All of the boys burst out into laughter.

"Oh, shut up" I said.

11pm

I was binging shows on Netflix in a corner eating popcorn alone.

Jack and Zach were laughing about stupid things on their phones. Daniel and Jonah were having a girl talk with Rose, while making hot chocolate.

Then Daniel walked over to me.

"Focused are we?" Daniel asked.

"Of course, a new season is out and I've been waiting for the longest time" I said, eyes still focused on my screen.

"Oh" Daniel said, then it got quiet.

"So, you and Zach?" He asked.

"What about him?" I responded.

"Are you guys like a thing or..?"

"We're talking" I said.

"Oh."

"I have a confession" Daniel continued.

He finally sat down beside me.

Then he paused my show, which finally got me to pay attention to him.

"When you and Zach broke up, I started to like you again. I thought I had a chance" Daniel said.

Oh shi-

I put my arm around him, "Daniel, I wanna be honest with you. Zach and I still like each other I guess but I'm not completely set on going back to him. I'm just giving him, what is this a 5th chance?"

He laughed a little.

"But as I was saying, I need you. As my best friend. And when I say that I really do mean it, like I can write a whole ass essay right now but we don't want that. Like seriously, out of all the guys, your the best guy friend a girl could have" I said.

He smiled a little, "Thanks for friendzoning me."

"I'm sorry" I said, and hugged him.

i come to school late for the first time today and so much shit happens, all my friends are crying and theres drama and everything and it all just ruins the mood. a firetruck even came man.
