168. The Haters Gonna Hate, Hate, Hate, Hate, Hate RANT

  A second rant in a row! I think it's really needed, considering what's happening and the way people are acting.

  I just want to address the actions of a certain someone. I stated my opinion by saying I thought Shawmila was PR and I received a disrespectful and hateful response. I wasn't calling anyone out in the message and I didn't even state it in a rude way.

I received this response shortly after posting the message on my message board.

  After I saw her insults, I responded and didn't back down from her cyber bullying. I have deleted the thread as of now though because I didn't want someone that was going through my message board, to see her hatefulness.

   Also, I'm not blocking out her username because of the way she treated me and how she showed my username when she posted a chapter in one of her stories where she insulted me even more.

As you can see above, she started sending me more hate in her chapter and told all of her followers to block me.

It's easy to hide behind your screen but imagine saying those things to a person in person. I get it if you don't agree with me, that's 100% fine, but it doesn't mean you have to send me hate. I respect your opinion and you should respect mine.

I'm only one person, I can't represent what every person in the Mendes Army thinks and I shouldn't be expected to. I have my own opinions and they aren't going to be the same as everyone else's opinions.

  I have always supported Shawn and have always wanted the best for him 💖 I'm sure all of you can see that I'm supportive of him no mater what and I wouldn't be jealous of him for being in a happy relationship. I'm not a muffin stan either.

  I know I don't post as much about Camila in this book since it's about Shawn but I've always supported her. I love her so much and I want her to be happy 💖

   Just because I don't think they're in a relationship, doesn't mean that I'm spreading hate about them. I would 100% support them if they actually were dating but I don't think they're dating. I think it's PR and it's as simple as that. I have my own reasons for believing this and you can have your own reasons for believing the same thing or otherwise. I've accepted the opinions of others so accept mine as it is.

  I wish people were more kind to others and would realize that hurting others isn't the answer. We all need to respect each other and accept that we have different mindsets.

   This is a perfect example of how hateful the Mendes Army can be. A lot of us need to grow in a good way so that the Mendes Army can be even better. Our mission is to support Shawn, not to tear each other down.

  How can we support Shawn if we're fighting over something so stupid?

   I can't imagine how disappointed Shawn would be. Shawn has helped so many of us in different ways, we can return the favor by supporting him and his success. The Mendes Army is a family and we're all rooting for the same person: Shawn.

Never forget that we love Shawn and though we have different opinions on certain matters, we can't forget that we're supporting Shawn! I love Shawn so much and I can't imagine what my life would be like if I didn't know who he was.

After what happened, I had thoughts about quitting Wattpad because people can be so quick to spread their negativity.

I will NOT be quitting or leaving anything though because I won't pay any mind to haters. I'm here to support Shawn and enjoy being friends with others that support Shawn. NO ONE can take that away from me, no matter what they say.

Here's another reminder, words can have an impact so please use your words responsibly and respectfully.

Being in the Mendes Army can be tough because of toxic people, but never forget that we're loving and supporting Shawn. Shawn is why we're here and I'm so glad that despite the negatives, I have been able to create this book for us with relatable content and been able to make new friends that also love Shawn.

Spread LOVE, not HATE.
