186. TWO YEARS OF SHAWN MENDES: ALBUM REFLECTION + STARTING A TAG

I know I haven't updated this book in forever but I came back for today, because it is the two year anniversary of Shawn Mendes!

Though I personally wouldn't have gone with this album art cover, the album is spectacular! He gave us iconic songs like Lost In Japan and Where Were You In The Morning. Plus, don't forget In My Blood and Mutual! 🥳

It's been great to see Shawn grow within these past two years and it'll be interesting to see what direction he takes with SM4. I just can't believe that we'll be getting the new album soon!

This wonderful third album gave us one of the best tours ever. The experience of getting to see him was one of the best days of my life! I hope any of you that haven't gotten the chance to see him in person have an opportunity to see him for the next tour 🥰

Now that it's been 2 years of this album, what are your favorite songs now? Has that changed from the first time you listened to the album?

A few changes that occurred for me were:

- Particular Taste is now high on the list of my favorites, when before it was one of my least favorites
- Lost In Japan and WWYITM are now some of my absolute favorites, when before they were just sorta there
- Because I Had You went from just being there to being my least favorite song on the album (sorry not sorry)

For me personally, this is my response to it! When the album was first released, I honestly would not have expected for this template to look the way it currently does.

If you complete the template then tag others to fill it out! We can reflect on this album and see how the Mendes Army has reacted to each song 💖

By the end of it, we will see that Because I Had You is everyone's least favorite song! (Don't take this seriously 😭 I just don't like the song that much)

Also, I just want to thank everyone for reading this story! It means a lot to me and I've been going through some difficult things, but Shawn and the Mendes Army have helped a lot.

I just want to say though, please comment in these chapters! I miss having a lot of interaction and it feels lonely when no one, except for like one or two people (MendesArmyALWAYS , I appreciate your comments ❤️) decide to comment.

Anyways, this album holds a special place in my heart and I will never forget all of the memories that formed around it! I know that with SM4, things will be even crazier.
