(Texts between Uraraka and Izuku)Izuku: Uraraka?
Uraraka: Hey Deku, what's up?
Izuku: Can you come over?
Uraraka: Is Mineta there?
Izuku: no
Uraraka: ok, be there in a bit
(Chat ended)
The door was unlocked. Uraraka knocked twice. A quiet "come in" was heard. Uraraka opened the door and went inside. The room was dark. She could barely see Izuku sitting on the floor.
"What was is that you needed?" She said while turning on the light. Uraraka gasped as she looked around the room. The walls had red handprints and the floor had several streaks of blood leading to where Izuku sat, bundled in a blanket.
"IS THAT BLOOD?!" She cried. Izuku shushed her.
"Uraraka, I-" Izuku started.
"Whose blood is it?!" Uraraka exclaimed. She came over and sat in front of him.
"M-mine..." He stuttered. The blanket moved, revealing a bloody bite mark on his forearm. Uraraka gasped but didn't come closer.
"That looks deep..." she whispered. Uraraka looked up at Izuku's face. "What happened?" Izuku looked at the smears of blood on the floor as he told her everything that happened.
"After I left from my mom's house, I was walking back to school last night. I heard footsteps behind me, but no one was outside. I panicked and started running. And then I accidentally turned the wrong way and ended up in a dead end. I hid behind some boxes. Then I heard her. She was saying things like 'I'll find you' and 'I can hear your breath'. It sounded like she left, so I tried to escape before she came back... she attacked me. When I saw what her quirk was, she bit me." Izuku paused, showing Uraraka the bite on his neck.
"I passed out for some time, but when I woke up, I was burning! I managed to stumble back to school before passing out again. Then I woke up this morning with the fire in my throat and saw this." Izuku pushed back his lips, revealing a pair of fangs.
"What the-"Uraraka started. "Did you-" She gestured towards the blood on the walls and floor. Izuku shook his head.
"No, that's all mine." He replied quietly, pushing off the blanket. A crazed look flashed in his eyes. "I bit myself instead... to dull the pain. But it didn't work! I'm so thirsty, Uraraka!" Uraraka backed away from Izuku a little. A concerned look on her face.
"You smell so good!" He stared at her with hunger in his eyes. Uraraka stood up to leave, but Izuku pulled her back to the floor.
"I can hear your heart beating." Izuku pins Uraraka down. She can't touch anything. His eyes start to change from green to blood red. "I can smell the blood in your veins." Uraraka struggled, but couldn't break free of Izuku's grasp.
Izuku, now sitting on top of her, grabbed one of her arms.
"Deku!" She cries. " What are you doing?!" He looks at her and smiles.
"Just a taste..." He whispers. She struggled more, but he tightened his grip on her.
"Stop! Please!" Uraraka begs. He put a gag on her to keep her quiet. He inhaled deeply.
Then he bites her wrist. Blood sprays onto his face. Uraraka screams into the gag, only making a muffled cry.
"Oh! So good!" Izuku sighs. "Your blood, it's so sweet!" He bites her wrist again. More blood. More muffled screams. Uraraka goes limp after a few minutes.
Izuku stops, satisfied. He gets off of her. "Ah!" He says with relief. "I'm not burning!" He realizes after awhile. "Uraraka, I'm not-" Izuku turns toward his friend and gasps. 'What have I done?!'
A few hours later
Uraraka wakes up in Izuku's bed. 'What? Why am I in-' She remembers what happened and looks at her wrist. It's covered in fresh bandages. 'I have to get out of here!'
Uraraka looks around the room and spots Izuku sitting in a chair nearby, reading. The blood had been cleaned up from the walls and floors. His own arm was clean with a pale, crescent mark shape on his forearm. Odd. Uraraka sits up, her white shirt is stained with blood.
"Oh thank goodness you're awake!" Izuku says, rushing over to the bedside. Uraraka moves back instinctively. His eyes have turned back to their natural green color again.
"I'm so sorry." He looks at the floor. "I shouldn't have dragged you into this mess. I shouldn't have bit you... I was just so thirsty..." He sighs. "In a way, thank you." Uraraka looks at Izuku's eyes intently. He turns away awkwardly. Her gaze drops to her wrist again.
"Will I turn out like you?" She asks in a shaky voice. He glances at the bandages.
"I don't think so. You not burning, are you?" Izuku asked with concern.
"No." She replies softly, sighing with relief. Izuku stands up and hands her a jacket.
"Here put this on, it'll hide the blood spots." Uraraka takes the jacket and slips it on. Izuku helps her up. He's unusually cold. "Let's get you back to your dorm before something bad happens."
Izuku stops at the door. He turns to her. "Please don't tell anyone about this." He whispers . "I don't want everyone thinking I'm a monster. Especially after what I did to you." Uraraka nods.
"I understand, Deku." She whispers back.
