Footsteps echoed through the halls. A tall man walked down the white walkway with immense grace and a sense of purpose.
He was the boss with his strange, triangular glasses. His green hair was streaked with yellow and permanent uninterested look on his face.
A girl with blue skin and hair followed him in silence. She held a small clipboard and purple pen. A strange mask covered her face.
"Sir?" She spoke quietly.
The man sighed. "Yes Bubble girl?" He sounded as bored as he looked.
"Don't you think it's a little risky experimenting on the test subject yourself?" She was obviously trying to not make the question awkward. The man kept his eyes in front of him.
"I assure you, there is no real danger if I were to be found out." He began. "I foresaw an alternate future where the subject worked for me with Mirio, but that future has long past. He had somehow impressed me" He gave a small smile.
The man turned to a retinal scanner and leaned to let it verify his identity. The empty space next to the machine slid open to a dimly-lit room. In the center of the room was another, smaller room where the surfaces were white and padded. Several small windows allowed them to see into the room but not out.
Bubble girl gave the man the clipboard. "What is the subject's condition?"
He wrote something down while looking at a certain shadow in the corner of the white room. "Vampirism." He recieved a confused look from Bubble girl.
"It's a quirk that acts like a disease." He sighed. "When it first showed up, it was kept a secret from the public. Only the cheif of police and four other heroes - including myself and All Might - knew about the quirk."
He shook his head and turned to Bubble girl. "I'm sure All Might wasn't expecting his predicessor to contract such a disease."
Bubble girl nodded in understanding. She looked over at the lump in the corner.
"Sir Nighteye," She pointed to it. "I believe the subject is regaining consciousness."
He glanced over and nodded. "Then begin the first test." He watched as the shadow soon turned into a green-haired boy.
"I do hope you survive this, Izuku Midoriya." He said to no one in particular. He looked down at the clipboard. Test 1: Isolation.
