Para el pasado del verbo to be se utiliza "was o were"

Para I, HE, SHE , IT siempre se utilizara "was"

y para YOU , THEY Y WE siempre se usará "were"

Para continuar con la estructura de la oración les explico lo siguiente:

"aff " significa (afirmativo), "neg" (negativo), "int" (interrogativo)

"i.neg" (interrogativo negativo)

Estructuras / Estructures

aff: sujeto + was o were + coplemento

neg: sujeto + wasn't o weren't + complemento

int: was o were + sujeto + complemento

i.neg: wasn't o werent + sujeto + complemento

para la negación de was y were se puede usar was not, o were not, pero usualmente se utiliza la contración "wasn't o weren't"

I wasn't
You weren't
He wasn't
She wasn't
It wasn't
We weren't
You weren't
They weren't

Ahora un pequeño ejemplo para que practiquemos 😊

Así sería una oracion en pasado seguiendo la estructura.

Aff: I was on vacation last year
Neg: I wasn't on vacation last year
Int: Was I on vacation last year?
I.neg: Wasn't I on vacation last year?

Ahora para practicar te daré 2 oraciones en presente para que tu mismo las pases a pasado.
Ten en cuenta que are, is y am serán reemplazados por was o were.

-my mother is in the museum
-my parents are angry
