Patton stood in the office section, taking note of what they needed to restock. He then felt someone tap on his shoulder, making Patton turn around seeing a very formal man.
"Hello, can I help you?"

The man looked at Patton for a moment, his mind freezing up for a moment. He had his hair slicked back and wore glasses and a blue shirt, a jacket hiding his nametag and logo of where he worked.
The man's name? Logan.

After a couple of seconds, Logan snapped out of his thoughts.
"O-Oh, um, yes, I-Uh...I'm looking for a desklamp, I can't seem to find them anywhere." He said, the young man knowing full well that the desklamps were way over the other side of the section but wanting to come up and speak to Patton anyway.

Patton raised a brow and then pointed to the other side of the store. "Uh, they're over there sir. Not over here." He nodded and turned to go back to list of restocking, stopping as he heard Logan speak again.

"I-I checked...They're not there." Logan lied, looking at Patton a little blankly, pausing for a second before adding. "...Could you please direct me to where they are specifically?"

Patton nodded and put the clipboard back before leading Logan over to the desklamps. Once he showed them to him, he asked in a quietly. "Do you need anything else, sir?"

Logan nodded and then spoke. "The paperclips." He said, the paperclips being where Patton had left his clipboard so Patton would have to take Logan back over to the other side of the section to show them to him. Logan took the first desklamp he saw before following Patton back to where the paperclips were, smiling a little as he stared at the back of Patton's head dreamily.

Patton then sighed, handing him the paperclips before going back to the clipboard, Patton then hearing him speak again. The small boy getting kind of annoyed with him.

"And those packets of multi-colored pens." Logan said with a small blank formal smile. Anyone would have known by now that Logan was just stalling just to keep hanging around Patton.

Patton took a deep breath and got on his walkie talkie, calling someone over. He then turned and said. "Samantha will show you them in a moment."

Logan's face fell and he was about to speak to Patton again when someone else came up and started to ask Patton for actual help, Logan looking down a little.
He looked at the desklamp in one hand and then the pack of paperclips in the other, huffing quietly before then just deciding to leave the store for now and maybe try and see if he had the courage to ask Patton for his number later on.
