Patton grumbled as he started the vacuum and running it back and forth in one spot, mad that Roman wouldn't listen to his ideas earlier. The moral side then ran the vacuum into the couch, the small boy scowling and mumbling. "Why isn't anything going my way..."
Roman came downstairs to get something to eat, stopping as he saw Patton, sighing. "Come on, Patton, you've vacuumed the floor at least five times now...It's been three hours!" He said, walking into the kitchen and looking through the fridge. "You need to chill."
"Says mister drama queen..." Patton scowled again and aggressively threw a plastic cup at Roman. "Can you clean that for me?" He spoke bitterly before putting the vacuum away and getting the duster, starting to dust stuff off angry.
Roman frowned as the cup hit him in the head, picking it up off the ground and placing it on the counter, grabbing a bowl of cookie dough and leaving.
Patton kept cleaning, at one point stubbing his toe and actually cursing. "F$@&!!" He yelled, holding his foot and grumbling angrily as he then sat down and groaned, getting up to clean again.
Logan stopped walking down the hall as he heard someone curse, wondering if it was actually Patton that he heard or someone else, although it didn't sound like Virgil or Roman. "Patton?" Logan made his way downstairs, stopping halfway when he saw Patton sitting in the living room, rubbing his foot. "Are you alright?"
Patton then looked up at him and huffed. "No!" He nodded and stood up, going back to cleaning aggressively, clearly not going to simply listen to reason while upset like this.
Logan raised an eyebrow before coming down the steps more, stopping at the bottom and looking around. "...Patton, this room is already immaculate...Why are you cleaning it?"
Patton didn't answer, simply grumbling as he then started to fluff the pillows and arranging them. The small boy angry enough to even throw a fork that he found in the couch in the kitchen.
Logan's eyes widened as he watched the fork hit the cupboard and clatter to the floor, then knowing that whatever was up with Patton, it wasn't good. "Patton, come on now...You don't need to clean anything...Why can't you just tell me what's the matter?"
"NO!" He yelled like an angry five-year-old, the moral side glaring at him and huffing even angrier. Logan stopped and looked at Patton, surprised by his angry outburst. He walked up to Patton, gently trying to take his hand.
"Come on, Patton, it's okay, just tell me what's wrong, maybe I could help you.""NO NO NO NO NO NO!" Patton stomped and pulled away, the moral side trying to get away from the logical side, not wanting to talk about his feelings at all, the moral side then crossing his arms.
"Patton, acting like a temperamental child won't fix anything," Logan said, stepping towards Patton again and taking him by the arm.
Patton whined and pulled away again. "NO! YOU CAN'T MAKE ME!" He screeched, glaring at Logan again as he then stomped on his foot.
Logan's eyes widened. "Ow!" He stumbled back a little as he held his foot, looking up at Patton, now more than a little worried, never seeing Patton this angry before. "Patton, seriously! Come on, stop yelling and shouting!"
"I WILL WHEN SOMEONE WILL LISTEN TO ME WHEN I WANNA BE LISTENED TO!" He screeched, the small side huffing and puffing as he turned to run off, then stopping and relaxing oddly enough when he suddenly felt Logan grab his shoulders. Logan quickly grabbed Patton and stopped him from running away, then gently pressing onto Patton's shoulders, shuffling back a little in case Patton was to stomp on his feet again.
Patton oddly seemed calm all of the sudden, not struggling as he relaxed, clearly liking how Logan's hands felt on his shoulders. The small moral side closing his eyes and sighing quietly. Logan led Patton over to the couch carefully and sat down beside him, continuing to massage Patton's shoulders, surprised by how calm Patton was now compared to a few moments ago.
Patton kept relaxing and being calm, the small side then leaning against Logan quietly as he kept his cool, not noticing as Roman enter the room because of how relaxed he was.
Roman's eyes widened as he stared at the two, Logan looking at Roman helplessly and shrugging, Roman raising an eyebrow, also surprised by the now calm Patton.
Patton felt Logan stopped and whined, then climbing into Logan's lap and grabbing his arms, making them wrap around him. The small boy then closed his eyes and cuddled up happily. Logan blushed a little, managing to continue to keep Patton calm, smiling softly as he let the moral side cuddle up to him.
"...Weird..." Roman said quietly, then sighing and rolling his eyes, making his way back upstairs again.
~~~
Patton was mad again and cleaning, not as mad as last time but still pretty mad and it did not help when Roman tired to calm Patton down. "Don't touch my shoulders!" Patton said, glaring at Roman as he vacuumed.
"Wh-...How come Logan can calm you down and I can't, huh?!" Roman said, huffing and crossing his arms, frowning childishly as Logan walked into the room, stopping as he saw the two.
Patton glared and rolled his eyes as his attention went back to vacuumed before mumbling softly. "For one, Logan's grip isn't tight and uncomfortable like yours..." The small moral side huffing softly.
Roman huffed and muttered to himself, Logan sighing and rolling his eyes, then making his way up to Patton and simply putting his hands on the moral side's shoulders gently.
Patton automatically relaxed, this time purring quietly as he still had the vacuum in hand, then hearing Logan speak to him, the small moral side simply nodding and agreeing as he relaxed more.
"Roman, you need to stop riling him up like this," Logan said, sighing and using his foot to turn the vacuum off, then bringing Patton over to the couch.
"Wh-?!" Roman looked at Patton, failing to understand how Logan's touch could be different from his. He sighed frustrated and stormed upstairs.
The small moral side then laid against him and curled up in his lap happily, the small side sighed happily, then looking up and giving him a kiss on the lips before going back to laying down on his lap. Logan's eyes widened and he blushed pink, a small flustered smile spreading across his face as he sat there with Patton curled up in his lap like a kitten, beaming quietly.
