Love Spell (2/2)

Patton's heart lurched when he also felt his heart melt before he let himself kiss back, dropping his wand onto the floor gently as he then cupped Logan's cheeks, forgetting this really wasn't Logan's love and just the spell's. After a moment, Logan pulled away gently, smiling softly at Patton and chuckling as he pressed his forehead against Patton's forehead.

"You're a natural, Patton." He smiled, knowing he had never had a kiss so amazing as Patton's. Patton then realized what he had done and blushed darkly before whispering.

"Oh no... I kissed you while you were under the spell..." He then backed away and picked up his wand. "That wasn't supposed to happen..." He then held his wand to his chest, trying to remember the spell to undo previous spells. Logan tilted his head innocently as he looked at Patton.

"Why wasn't it supposed to happen, Pattoncake?" He asked, shuffling a little closer. "I thought it was quite satisfactory." Patton then whimpered and whispered softly.

"I-I took advantage of you...." Logan frowned a little, sad that Patton seemed to be upset. He crawled closer to Patton and draped his legs over Patton's lap, cuddling up to him.

"You're cute when you care about me." He said quietly, snuggling up to the smaller witch. Patton then remembered the spell and hesitated before casting the spell on Logan, gulping as he hoped it would work but also afraid that Logan would get at him for letting him kiss him. Logan's eyes widened again like before they fluttered closed as Logan fell into Patton's lap, his witch hat falling off and sliding along the floor a little. Patton then dropped his wand onto the floor before tears welled up in his eyes, the small witch feeling horrible about what had happened.

After half a minute or so, Logan's eyes blinked open slowly, Logan murmuring quietly before he saw that he was in Patton's lap, his eyes widening. He looked around before his eyes met with Patton's teary eyes, Logan's cheeks turning red with blush. "...W-What just happened a-and do I want to know what just happened?" He said, looking at Patton nervously. Patton then cried softly and whimpered.

"I-I didn't m-mean to... You ju-just... And i-i...." He then broke down and covered his face in shame, clearly upset about something that had happened. Logan's face fell and he sat up, gently pulling Patton's hand away.

"Hey...Hey...P-Patton...It's okay..." He said quietly, looking at Patton. "You can tell me what happened..." Patton then sniffled quietly as he cried a bit harder, his eyes looking to the side.

"Yo-You where flirting with m-me and you go-got close... Then yo-you we-went to k-k-kiss me an-and I didn't sto-stop you... An-And...." He then broke down again, tears streaming down his face as he tried to cover his face again. Logan's eyes widened in surprise, blushing furiously as he finished Patton's sentence.

"I...I-I...Kissed you...?" He spoke quietly, lifting Patton's head up a little and wiping his tears away gently. Patton then nodded shakingly and whimpered softly.

"I-I kissed ba-back when I-I-I shouldn't have... I-I di-di-didn't mean t-to t-take ad-advantage o-of youu..." He cried again and shook a bit. Logan frowned more worriedly, hating to see Patton upset, whether he was under a spell or not.

"Patton...P-Patton, please don't cry...It's okay...I know you didn't..." He said quietly, pulling Patton close and into a gentle hug, still surprised that he had kissed Patton. "It's not your fault...It's alright..." Patton then sniffled and looked up at Logan, tears still streaming down his face.

"I-It's not...? Bu-But I kissed yo-you...." He argued softly, the small witch clearly nervous. Logan looked down and bit his lip.

"I-It's okay...W-We...We can just pretend that it didn't happen...alright?" He suggested quietly, looking back up at Patton. Patton then nodded slowly and whispered. "Yeah... Pretend..."

He then stood up and sniffled before going and picking up his hat, he tried to smooth his hair like his father did but failed before putting the hat on. He then silently put his stuff away, not looking up at Logan once. Logan stayed quiet, still feeling embarrassed about the fact that he had kissed Patton. He picked up his hat and put it back on and he adjusted his glasses. Then Logan went over and picked up his wand which was over beside Patton's spell experiment table before glancing at Patton a little.

"I-uh...I-I better go then...I'll see you later, Patton, okay?" He said, heading towards the door.Patton then waved but as soon as Logan left, he broke down silently, heartbroken.
It was just a stupid spell that did all that stuff...Not Logan...
